Two sales trainers discuss what questions to ask at the end of a job interview. They cover hiring challenges in the US and why the right closing questions matter for both candidates and employers.
Questions to ask at the end of any job interview to make you absolutely unforgettable. From a millionaire businessman, what makes your best employee stand out to you? What is the vision for the company? Is there anything I can do to improve my skill set in the meantime? Is there anything about me that you're unsure about? If so, I'd like to address any concerns you have right here.
I think it's funny saying from a millionaire businessman, but you know, Goody is doing his thing. If anyone asks, like, hey, what's the vision of the company? What's the mission of the company? What are the values? What can I do next? Those are all pretty valid things, but the biggest thing that I found with hiring people is like, people just don't show up for job interviews. Like, it's absolutely absurd how hard it is to hire people in the US it's like unbelievably difficult. It's crazy. Anyway.
