Matt Ryder breaks down the legal rules for outbound sales calls in the US, covering call time restrictions and Do Not Call list compliance. SDRs and sales teams need to know these regulations to avoid expensive violations.
Hey guys, what's up? Matt here with the SDR call center and today I'm going to be talking to you about some things that you need to do if you're running an outbound sales team that are designed to scare you are totally true and really just you know, have you come over to Team Fun and we'll do your SDR for you. Are you sick of it? You probably are. Call Times okay, who here can tell me the average call time that you're allowed to call within in the United States without breaking rules, right? It's 8am to 9pm local time. However it's a little bit different in every state, right? Some states is 8pm, some is 7, some is 10. Some states you can call on Sundays, some you can't. Right now. Good luck filtering that shouldn't go high level bit difficult. My system does it. It's a fifteen hundred dollar fine if you don't every time you do it. Do you trust your 22 year old SDRs that are just sitting back playing Xbox to filter per time of day correctly, per state correctly, The DNC list. Trust them. Interesting.
