This is a YouTube video titled "Never Go To A Sales Job Interview Without This | Sales Expert" containing a monologue or talk from May 17, 2023, providing advice on how to prepare for sales job interviews by researching the company and understanding the business before attending the interview.
Do not come in with zero information about the business. You will come off like a moron. If I'm interviewing a salesperson, like, I'm the prospect, they should be going after me. They should have done some research. Like, like they want money out of me, they want me to pay them. So if they haven't done the baseline level research, then it's like you and everything you stand for and you can go, probably don't put that bit. Make sure you understand who owns the company. Make sure you've done research. If they have a YouTube presence, go on there, have a website, go on there, poke around, make sure you have a good understanding of the company.
