You don't need a new job. You just need to be better. I see this all the time and it's people that are offer hopping around, looking at the grass is always greener. Oh, this guy's making this. One of the things that I can always tell when someone's not that good of a rep is whenever they ask me like, oh, what's the OTE? What's the top rep making? What's the on-track earnings? Who never asks anything like that is the fucking winners. Like Steph Curry is not asking, what's the average 3-point percentage and what's the 6th man making in points? Like how many points is the top guy averaging every season? Do you know why? Because Steph Curry does fucking Steph Curry. Carry things, right? Because he has the skill set to be able to do it anywhere. It's like, it's the same you, the same skill set, like different place doesn't matter. If you're the sixth man, like if you're scoring 3 points a game, you're gonna score 3 points a game over here, okay? So that's just the way that it is. You don't need a new location, you need a new skill set. Before you go and get a new logo on your shirt, why don't you ask, what would happen if I just doubled my skill set?
