If you're losing deals on price, you're selling the wrong thing. Price is only heavy when the value is unclear. Most reps talk about what the offer is, not what it stops— wasted time, it stops revenue leakage, it stops constant stress. So you have to actually quantify the impact, like what is the problem costing them? Is it money, time, energy, reputation? Then you compare that to the cost of the investment. Now price becomes small next to the pain, and the goal is not manipulation, it's to actually give them the clarity they need in order to make the best decision possible. If you can't articulate the value, the price is always going to feel like the villain. If you're selling something that's Kind of shitty.
