This is a YouTube video titled "Sales Managers Mistake | Matthew Ryder" containing a monologue by Matt Ryder recorded on June 14, 2023. In this content, Matt Ryder shares advice on sales management, emphasizing the importance of making methodical changes, being patient, and removing negative elements before adding positive ones to improve sales team performance.
If I am getting people in here and I'm getting people to buy over here and there's five steps and I make three changes and I get more money, which one worked? I ask you, like, genuinely, which one works? You have to make methodical, slow changes and be patient and let things have a time to attribute. And the biggest tip, the biggest tip that I can give you if you want to become a good sales manager and run a good team, is the fastest way to net positive is to remove negative. So get rid of the bad stuff before you start adding good stuff.
