Sales Sniper VLOG number 1 - Ramping up

Matt Ryder and Sammy tour their new Sydney office and discuss ramping up their business. They cover client onboarding, sales goals, and what they're using to make content.
Hello. Good. We're staying in the new office. Coming over here to the bar because, well, we needed a bar. Alright, guys, so here we are on our new camera. This is the OSMO Pro. It's me and Sammy. Hello. Just getting used to the new camera. Don't want to do it too fast. We're at Peter's in Kensington. Yeah. So we're at a place called Peters in Kensington, which is a place that we used to love to go all the time when we lived in Sydney. It's not going to show my wife because it's tracking my face at the moment. Yeah. So we're just getting some food, then we're going to go and see the new office. We might get some Christmas shopping. They have lots of nice things like Mont Blanc and Swarovski and all kinds of nice fun things. So I'll let you know if you guys get anything.
We're very excited. Pity's at Kensington is my fave. It reminds me of my nana. Yeah, that's just nice. It's fancy. Fancy, but nice.
It's a little bit fancy.
It's fancy but not pretentious.
Wow. It's a little bit pretentious. But we don't mind. We don't mind that. So we got all the Christmas decorations. Oh, you can zoom checking out all the Christmas stuff. This place has got amazing Christmas stuff. This thing's really struggling to hold on to my face. How dare you say no face detected. Track my face. So we're just waiting in the car. We're gonna go see the new office. I'm pretty excited about it. This is the first. Well, I used to own gyms, as a lot of people know. But it's gonna be really fun to actually have an office space that we can kit out. We're gonna make it. We're gonna put a golf simulator in. We're putting in a, you know, an arcade machine.
And there's a Mac Sprinter right next door.
There's a Max Sprinter.
They make the best hot chocolates there is.
There's a dope hot chocolate, coffee mocha place which is very dangerous. And I can't wait to get an assistant named Susan so I can go, Susan, get me a hot chocolate and I could become a real diva.
My mom's name is Susan.
So is mine. Oh yeah, that's why. That's why she is. James. James is here. How we going? Hello. Good. We're seeing the new office flipped hot chocolate.
And that's a mocha.
All right, so we go here. Coming over Here to the bar, because, well, we needed a bar. So potentially put one there and then where that lady is gonna put two offices there, maybe gonna put some quiet rooms over here for zoom. But in here, we're gonna get it treated. And this is gonna become the podcasting studio boardroom. So we've got a really nice big table that's gonna be coming in here. So it's going to be going right down there. Nice big, natural wood run. And then going to have this whole place sound treated, essentially. So this thing is struggling. There we go. She's caught onto my face. Yeah. Hence why they have a bar. It's called 100 proof, and I think that they're from Melbourne and they just don't need this office anymore because of COVID It's hilarious. Guys. So, super busy day today. Just checking out the new vlogging stuff. But, yeah, man, we had a crazy busy day. We have, like, I think five or six clients that we're onboarding right now so that we can start taking a few sales calls before the end of the year and then obviously get them set up for December for January. Sorry. We have, like, 26 people in the organization as of right now. So it's just like onboarding all these new reps and over these new clients, stuff like that, and just making sure that we can continually take on people, but, like, keep the quality super high. That's like the number one. Number one priority for everything because we get so much opportunity, but, like, we're saying yes to, like, almost none of it. So, like, the six clients that we have, I think we had, like, 20 odd inquiries, something like that. And then I had all the meetings and said no to almost everybody, or, like, put them on some sort of, like, waiting list. And then with the sales guys that we have at the moment, I think my priority is to get everyone at a minimum of 20k a month by the end of March. Minimum, minimum, minimum 20k a month. That's down to every single salesperson that we have. So that's what I'm trying to do. It's been a crazy, crazy couple of days being in Sydney and kind of just trying to fit everything around. Family Christmas, you know, getting the business all kind of set up. So, yeah, man, absolutely crazy boat party was a lot of fun. And, yeah, I'm going to continue to give you guys some more content. I get a lot of questions all the time about, like, what video editing software I use. The answer is, I don't fucking know. I have a video editor and he's dope. I'm pretty sure he uses Premiere Pro. The gear that I've got at the moment is the Osmo Pocket Creator pack, which has got this little bad boy, which actually sounds really good. I'm super impressed with it. I was on the boat party the other day for, for our sales Sniper Christmas party and one of my good friends who has an awesome podcast goes the canine paradigm. If you're into dogs, it's a great podcast. He does a lot like lifestyle content and this is what he was using. This thing shoots in 4K, 60 frames a second. It's like this big and it's pretty dope. It's all got a gimbal and it's all super, you know, good quality. So I'm super happy with it. So went out and got one immediately because this is way easier to do when I'm on the go, like I am now. Like we're in Sydney at the moment because it's Christmas. So you guys probably watching this. It'll be after Christmas. But yeah, we're here to see my wife's family, got the kids. We're in like a three bedroom apartment with a dope view of Sydney harbor, which is super nice. And we've been catching up with friends and we've been doing some work, which is why some of this, this is more of like a vlog video, right? But yeah, today one of the stuff that we've been working with the guys, a lot of the pre handling and pre framing and pre hooks of some of the like Christmas objections and like anti hesitation frames and just all the stuff that we can do in order to kind of ensure that we smash it out for one of our clients. It's a 15k offer. We've already made 50 sales and it's the 15th when I'm shooting this, so I'd love it if, you know, we could do 100 sales this month. So kind of proved that like, you know, it's funny people think that people don't buy over Christmas, but like there's an awful lot of Christmas presents being sold, you know, So I think that's a bit of a myth. December is usually quite a big month. November is usually a little bit down, especially in the U.S. but December is huge. January is huge in Australia. January is not very big. Usually just sort of like Australia kind of shuts down until like January 26th, which is like Australia Day, which is like the equivalent of fourth of July. And so yeah, it's interesting, it kind of cycles around the world, but Yeah. I hope you guys are kind of enjoying this content. It's a little bit different for me. Kind of like learning how to vlog, kind of do this stuff. It's a little bit weird, but I think I'm getting into it. There should be some footage of the new office and hopefully I can go back there one more time this week with the guys going to be doing the fit out because we got some dope stuff going in there and that's going to be a great place for a lot of awesome content for you guys in 2021. All right, guys, have a good.
