This is a YouTube video titled '#shorts to be the best, roll with the best #salessniper #salescoaching' containing a motivational talk by Matt Brewer from August 6, 2022. The content focuses on advice for newer professionals in sales or development, emphasizing the importance of learning from more skilled peers to improve.
One of the things I see a lot when it comes to young or like newer people developing in a space is that they get super keen on all this development stuff and they create these little networks and they start, you know, if it's sales, they're role playing or they're going through, they're critiquing each other's marketing stuff. The problem is, if you're constantly being evaluated and role playing with people who are the same skill level as you, then you're not going to go anywhere. Make sure that the people that you're being coached by and role playing with are better than you, and then you will get better as well.
