This is a YouTube video titled "Sometimes the answer is… #shorts" containing a monologue by a single speaker discussing sales strategies. The speaker emphasizes simplifying complex sales processes to reduce friction and improve lead quality, aimed at business owners and sales professionals. The video was created in December 2021.
All right guys, I got a guitar wall behind me because it looks really cool. My videographer thought it'd be a good idea. So let me know what you think. So complex fails, simple scales. Very, very good concept for you as a business owner, but also you as a sales guy to learn if you have a super complex and crazy sales cycle or some sort of like crazy process, right? You just over engineered and you tried to make a science experiment out of your business. None of your sales process, chances are it's not going to fucking work, okay? So the key is to reduce friction points as much as possible to, to the point where you have the highest quality of lead getting through most of the time, okay? So you don't want a shitload of really bad leads. You don't want almost no really good leads, okay? There wants to be a nice little process there. So have your process maybe two, three or four steps break down so you can exactly tell who is going through what stage, what the experience is for the client, what the experience is for the prospect, right? And then you can figure out where people are dropping off nice and simply and you can just fix the lowest performing metric every single time.
