So there's two things, stress and pressure. You don't feel stress unless you're not doing things about your problem. If you're doing everything you can about a problem, there is absolutely no requirement to feel that stress. Now, you can feel pressure, but pressure makes diamonds. Stress causes ulcers, and ultimately you die of fucking dick cancer or whatever. If you're doing nothing about it, then yes, life is extremely stressful. Because if I want to hit X, Y, Z, go, and I'm doing absolutely nothing about it, I've been around long enough to know that most people work like two hours a day. Like, productivity wise, they might be busy, but they don't really do much. If you find yourself needing to have this crazy morning routine or get headspace to go and do your job in front of a computer on the interwebs, fucking talking to people, I dare say, sir, I would like you to comment your address down below and I will ship you a helmet. Because life is going to hit you like a fucking ton of bricks if that's what you require in order to get through your goddamn day of your easy fucking job, calling people and speaking to people for a living. It's just not that hard. I can tell you, as someone who has done tremendously difficult things in my life, none of the things that I have done since then have been that hard. It's just the way it is. And nothing that you have done is anywhere near as hard as the normal fucking day that your grandparents had.
