Matthew Ryder explains how constants and processes work like a sniper's fixed target, keeping you focused and preventing mistakes. Building consistency into your workflow stops errors before they happen.
The issue really comes, like, when everything is a variable and nothing is a constant. That's when, like, everything kind of gets stuck down because you've got, like. If you haven't got people on, like, a script and you don't know what's being said across everybody. So you can't bank that the right things are being done. If you don't have an auditing process for that, if you don't have, like, decent enough data, if you don't have, like, everyone knows the client journey and what everyone has to do from step A to step B to step C or whatever. And then so, like, there's no constant. So the analogy that I give people is, like, when you're a sniper, when you're learning how to shoot, the is the constant. So, like, then all you have to do is focus on shooting it straight, basically stop yourself from making mistakes, because that device is never gonna miss. If you take out all external factors and just shoot, it's gone dead straight, right?
