Hey guys. What's up? Matt? Here for another just a tip. Let's put two minutes in the clock today. What we are going to talk about is the best way to adapt a new style of selling without dropping your sales. So we all see it, we go out there, we buy a course, we do a program, we do a yada, yada, yada, we learn all these new cool sales tips and tricks. But we have a methodology that although might not be the best way to do it, it's relatively consistent. Consistency is a very, very important part of a salesperson's life because like, even if you close at 25%, other guys are closing at 50. At least you can bank on that. And you know that what you do produces that. So what we don't want to do is just throw away everything and start a new thing. So what we need to do is systematically input the new things. So what we have a look at is we go back through the numbers and we have a look at the lowest hanging fruit. Let's say the lowest hanging fruit is like, I can never overcome price objections. I can never overcome whatever it may be like, or I have a high drop off rate between my first and second call or whatever it may be. And then what we do is we try and use the new style on that lowest hanging fruit, okay? We fix the lowest hanging fruit first. For me, when I doubt any pq, it was my triage call, my first call, the drop off rate to my first and second call was enormous. Okay? So what I did is my second call had a super high close rate, probably around 75, 80%. Okay? My first call, the drop off was enormous. So I knew if I fixed that, that one call, I would never touch this one because this one is working really, really well. So I'm just going to adjust that one, okay? So I just tried to make the smallest change possible, okay, Using my new methodology whilst I got better at it in the background. Because I'm not going to change my actual sales, sales call, my closing call, because that works. What I need to do is the same as anything. If you go into a gym and somebody teaches you a new way to squat, you don't go load at the bar with max and do it and do a max effort with a brand new technique. And if you do, you're an idiot. Okay? So in the background, you role play, you role play your new script, you role play your new way of doing it until you become comfortable. There's not much difference between a role play plate and an actual sales interaction. Okay? It's just people in the day. And so what we do is we get good at it. Change the lowest hanging fruit here. Then once we feel comfortable and we feel that we've gotten a good handle in the role plays, we make another key change. All right, guys, that's my top tip to how you adapt a new sales style or new sales tips without losing your sales. Okay, bye. It.
