This is a YouTube video titled "The CORRECT Way To Staff Your Team For Outbound Sales" containing a monologue or single-speaker explanation about staffing requirements and dialing strategies for outbound sales teams. The speaker discusses the workload and efficiency considerations for handling large volumes of leads. The content is from January 20, 2025.
Are you actually staffed correctly? 400 leads per day is an awful lot. And so like you need to have at least 10 to 20 people dialing those leads full time because, like they're dialing people for say seven to 14 days. You know, if you're dialing them three times day one, three times day two, and then once day three, and then taking a break and then going one, one, one, one, right, there's a lot of dials and it backs up very, very quickly. And if those people are having high pickup rates, between 14 and 25% pickup rates, let's just say it's average 20. For numbers sake, if you make $200 that day, you're going to speak to 40 pickups, right? End up being a longer conversation, right? Then you're having 20 long conversations a day plus the time in between dials, the admin, the bull, yada, yada, yada. That's a lot of time. So like, the more effective your dialer is, the less leads your team can handle.
