Anything over a 25% close rate I think is going to be a good scalable offer, right? I think anything over a 65% show rate is going to be good. And I think what you want to have is anywhere from a 15 to 25% lead to set. I think those are reasonable and achievable. Obviously the mechanism of sale will be different if you're buying age leads from insurance. Like, you might have a 25% lead to set, you might have a 10, right? But like the key is like, what are the needles that you can move in order to get that to be a reality? If you go from a 2% pickup rate to a 20% pickup rate, you're going to have, you're going to talk to so many more people in the same amount of time that you can't help it, usually set more people, right? And so, and that's why even the RSDRs. And again, be very clear, they're good, but they're not fucking rock stars because they don't have to be. Because I'd rather take someone who's pretty good, right? And they speak to 30 people a day than a rock star that speaks to three.
