This is a YouTube video titled "❌ These People Are Not Sales Coaches | Sales Coaching" containing a monologue or talk from March 1, 2023, discussing the qualifications and credibility of sales coaches, emphasizing the importance of extensive sales experience before claiming to be a coach. The content features a single speaker sharing their perspective on the topic.
I see these sales coaches and they're in sales for like, two, three years, and they've sold one thing. One thing. That's one acquisition thesis. One type of sales in one industry. It is ludicrous that they would consider themselves sales coaches unless they niche themselves down so tight to the level of enormously tiny expertise that they have, then I would be okay with it. But the problem is they think that because they sold one thing moderately well that they're a sales coach. So if you're looking for a sales coach, do your vetting. If they spent any less than 15 years in sales, tell them to go and kick rocks.
