This is a YouTube video titled "Weird Sales Hack That Works | Sales Tips Shorts" containing a monologue by Ben Gilbert sharing a sales technique involving scheduling follow-ups to improve prospect engagement. The content is a sales tip discussion without multiple speakers or involvement of Matt Ryder.
So a lot of time we're sitting there, we're having a conversation with prospects, and you go like, okay, so what do you want to do from here? And like, you know what? I'm gonna have to get back to you. So a lot of people would try and kind of like, combat that, but I like to kind of just like, do a little bit of the aikido thing where you kind of just do that one and kind of redirect. It works. A surprisingly high amount of the time I was on the phone to, like, a, like a fairly large organization. Like, they do, like, software for, like, large banks. And this is like, I think he was VP of finance of, like, Northern Hemisphere. So pretty high flying, high falutin job. And I was like, yeah, I don't really know that I'd be available randomly at that with my schedule. But what I could do is I could go ahead and book you in just so you don't have to chase me, if that would help you out. And he was like, oh, yeah, that'd be great. Thanks. So, like, it just works. It really does. Give it a try. Let me know what you think. Or you can tell me. I'm a piece doesn't know how to sell in the comments.
