A sales talk on handling the objection that a competitor is cheaper. The speaker covers strategies for when customers say they found a lower price elsewhere, focusing on how to reframe the conversation beyond just cost.
You might be going through a sales process and you get the objection. Well, I think I can find this cheaper elsewhere than any PQ made by Mr. Jeremy Minor. There's a section called Solution Awareness. And in Solution Awareness, we dive deep into what they've doing at the moment or what they've done in the past to solve the problem. Right? To find a solution. And if they say nothing, I would explore about that. If they said they've looked around at things, they say they've tried other things in the past, like, I would have already tied this box off. I've literally gotten that objection like one time in 15 years of full time selling. In the same way how I never really get asked for references. It's because if you take someone through a good sales process, these are already tied off. So if you're getting that like, oh, hey, you know, I feel like I could get this for cheaper. Besides saying something like, okay, well, when you say cheap, what do you. All kinds of like little salesy things that you could do. But at the end of the day, you have failed to address that earlier in the call.
