This is a YouTube video titled "Why You Need to Get a Mentorš | Matthew Ryder" containing a monologue by Matt Ryder recorded in September 2023. In this content, Matt Ryder discusses the importance of having a mentor in business, particularly in sales, emphasizing coaching and process-driven improvement.
Get a mentor. I'm not saying that you hire me or anything like that, but like, you need someone with eyes on what you're doing. Selling is. It's the most sport, like, of anything in business, in my opinion. Right. So you can be directly coached through it. It's a process driven activity. It's like, you know, when you're, when you're swinging a bat, right? Like, there is a specific way that you can, you can swing about, you know, lead with your heel twist, you know, like use your wrist, all that kind of stuff. Not that I'm a baseball guy or anything, but there are things that coaches can give you that will give you Tang an immediate benefit.
