This is a YouTube video titled "Women Have Unfair Advantage | Sales Competition" containing a monologue or single-speaker commentary recorded on March 24, 2023. The speaker discusses the advantages women have in sales roles, highlighting their strong performance, empathy, and administrative skills in a male-dominated sales environment.
Some of our girls are absolute savages. You know, they come in with a really good attitude because, like, they know it's kind of a boys club in sales. And so they get in there, they get amongst it, they get their hands dirty, and they do really, really well. And statistically, women sell better to men than what men do. It's about 18% more on average. It's a phenomenal advantage to have, like, really strong female closers. And we actively try and recruit them whenever any good ones come into our ecosystem, because we know what they bring to the table in terms of, like, empathy on call and being able to listen to people. And also they do their administration.
