In 2018, I had $4,000 in my bank account, my wife was pregnant, I had a two year old, I had $6,000 a month worth of rent and I had no job because I just left my last one because I was unhappy. I called everyone I knew and the one thing that I was good at was fitness sales. I just decided that I was going to work my way out of it and that I was no longer going to make excuses and I was going to stop waiting for the next thing. I was in a cycle where I was like next year and I just changed to now. And so it's what can I do right now to fix it? And I think I'm running towards something now, but I think running away is a great way to get started. And so when I was sitting down the barrel of zero money, zero prospects, no job, pregnant wife, two year old, and fucking bills that I had to pay, I just started working. And I worked probably 16 to 18 hours a day. I was doing sales for six to seven different gyms in a bunch of different countries and I was on sales calls of literally all day. And that is all down to making a singular and definitive choice of I will now start doing whatever I need to do, obviously within moral reason, but I'm going to start taking the actions required now and I'm not going to put them off.
