Amit argues that organizational agility should drive every decision, with AI and sustainability as the tools to adapt fast. Typhoons, shifting consumer tastes, and economic swings demand companies constantly ask whether their moves make teams more nimble.
Okay, thanks, Ishita. Anybody else?
Yeah, I can go next. I think quite similar to what they both spoke. So it's, for me, it's most important is agility, the way things are changing in the world, and not just from a macroeconomic perspective, but even from if I look at a consumer demand, the new millennial population and the way consumer demand is changing in every generation. Um, and with fashion and everything, um, agility is the most important thing, that how can we keep adapting to all these changes. Even if there is a logistics problem, there is some typhoon or all those kind of things, how can we quickly make sure that we are agile enough. And things like technology and sustainability will be enabler for it. So we spoke about AI. AI would be the thing that can help in achieving that agility. So the most important thing for me would be this. So whenever I take any action or I think about it, I always question, is it bringing agility to my team or not? And that's where I kind of work on future plans.
I think it's about covering all the 3 facets of the golden triangle of people, process, and tech. Uh, with tech being quite, uh, leading, taking a force or a front seat these days with the revolution of Gen AIs and the other technology.
