Enterprise software is embedding AI directly into apps instead of just linking ChatGPT, making workflows faster. But confidentiality rules block sensitive data like World Bank reports from reaching these tools, leaving organizations stuck between needing AI help and protecting secrets.

For me, what I have seen so far is that the softwares that we have been integrating, they are already integrated without the AI, and that each software application is embedding AI to improve its performance. So AI, I don't see somebody just connecting ChatGPT to their ERP, et cetera, but because then I'll come on the confidentiality thing. But otherwise, let's say there is already existing trust among the different applications we have been using, would it be in supply chain management, would it be what I see at the World Bank. But AI is an enhancer, augments the capacity, makes us more productive. We are happier faster with the results that we get. And then what I wanted to say is about the confidentiality, because for me, I am The data I get, I cannot share it with ChatGPT. And even when it's confidential, even the World Bank does not allow us to upload it into our own ChatGPT. I'm not joking. But still, I cannot upload my confidential data. So I cannot upload my confidential report. And actually, our Copilot, for example, if I'm going to go the Copilot and say, oh, get me all this and that subject. They are not allowed to go to the documents that are labeled confidential or restricted. Okay. They just go to the public disclosure. So for me, let's say from that perspective, this is the frustration I have even with a large-scale company, That has been— so yeah, confidential data, we are still not allowed to use it. So there is a problem of trust.
