So evaluate on these ones that I think that possibly you have been already doing very good performance, but then how about your image and exposure? I think on the evaluation on this piece, one thing will be able to help you will be let's find some mentors within your company Probably those people will be able to see your work, see your exposure, see your image, and these people will be able to give you real advice and evaluation how they see you. And then you can work on this pie on your side. That will be one of the advice that I used to get when I was young as well.
