I love this question. So first of all, the question is, how do you define and how do you live your leadership principles? What, what is it really about when you try to lead a function as significant as supply chain or operations. And sleepless nights are necessary. Sleepless nights are something that should not be avoided. It should be controlled— how many do you have? But I do believe that sleepless nights are necessary for any self-respective— respecting leader.
