Small companies can't afford to plan every scenario like big ones do, so they operate reactively. But that's their advantage: they're nimble like speedboats while large enterprises move like container ships.
So organizations have to change their complete outlook and also the skill sets of the people in terms of being proactive, in terms of seeing everything as an opportunity and be ready, prepared for it.
That's a wonderful point on being how you build that proactiveness. Paul, would you like to— you raised your hand. How about you reacting on that?
We haven't got the resource to plan the scenarios and have everything sort of ready to go. Haven't worked in bigger organizations where that's the case, it takes a lot more to turn the container ship than it does the speedboat. So as a small organization, we are reactive, but we see that more as a strength than maybe a weakness that would be typical of a strategic approach.
