Warehouses with 100+ low-paid clipboard workers struggle to maintain accurate inventory counts. Inconsistent checking methods and high staff turnover make precision nearly impossible.
Other things like consistency, accuracy. You know, I've been in warehouses where there's 100 workers and they're not paid very much and they're being asked to do a super accurate stock check, right? They all have clipboards and they're all checking things, but how accurate is that? Is this rack being done in the same way as the next rack? And year to year, are all the people different? So maintaining consistency, accuracy, that's very challenging.
