Organizations are shifting from chasing single targets to planning in ranges, treating volatility as permanent rather than temporary. Resilience now matters as much as efficiency when uncertainty is the baseline.
Overall, I would say the approach has evolved from pure efficiency to a more balanced model that combines efficiency and resilience.
Okay. Yeah, makes sense. Thank you. Yeah, Vijay?
Yeah, I think for me, I would say the permanent uncertainty means we have stopped treating volatility as an exception anymore. That has started treating it more like a baseline. So operationally, the big shift is, I think, no longer a single number and planning everything towards a single number. And hoping we are right is going to land you anywhere. So we nowadays, we now try to plan in a range, you know, ensure that we have resilient scenario building, so on and so forth.
