Cómo salir del BULLYING y pedir AYUDA a tiempo | Ruben | #13 PODCRACKS

This YouTube Podcracks episode (hosted by Millán Ludena) interviews Rubén, a Spanish rugby coach who recounts leaving studies and moving to Auckland, New Zealand with support from his brother to pursue coaching. He worked illegally washing dishes 12h/day for months, experienced depression and guilt, then reframed those struggles as means toward learning (using each washed plate as progress). Persistent outreach landed him access to New Zealand Rugby Union Level 3 training (course by invitation for ~25 people across Oceania); he paid the course gradually while training a club team to meet assessment requirements. After qualifying he returned to Spain, worked in the Spanish Rugby Federation, later moved to Mexico to coach the national team — helping them rise from ~#76 to ~#42 in the World Rugby rankings — and developed social programs using rugby (prisons, low-income kids, disability). Throughout he connects rugby principles (forward movement, teammates always behind you, the scrum, third half) to leadership, teamwork, and service.
