En la Antártida fue mas un esfuerzo mental que físico

A first-person account by Millan Ludena about extreme endurance expeditions. Ludena describes a traumatic Antarctic running episode where extreme cold produced near-freezing, painful breathing and he self-administered an oily analgesic injection to warm a leg; much of the challenge was psychological — keeping his mind active to avoid stupor. He contrasts the Sahara (physically most extreme) with Antarctica (mentally most extreme), explains the danger of gradually falling unconscious in the cold, and says he recorded questions for nine months which he used to stay mentally occupied (running "more than 15 hours" in his head).
