You. Today we're going to make an Asian stir fry. It's a quick, healthy, one dish meal. The olive oil has been heated for about a minute, and I added red dried chilies. Now I'm going to add some peanuts. And if you don't eat peanuts, you don't need to add this step. And the onion. Stir it for five minutes. Now the onions are a nice light brown and it smells so delicious. I'm going to add the shrimp and just coat it. A minute later, I add green beans. A minute later, add tomatoes. Everything has been heating together for five minutes, so now it's time to add the sauces. Add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of kung pao sauce, and 2 teaspoons of fish sauce. All these sauces have a lot of great flavor and they have hardly any sugar or calories. Now we're just going to mix all this around. This has been cooking on medium heat the whole time. Right before adding the bell peppers, turn it to medium high heat. Now you add the bell peppers. This adds a lot of beautiful color to the dish. Looks really good. Now, soy sauce is a good substitute for salt, so you don't need to add any extra salt in this dish. Now we're going to cover it for five minutes, and it's going to stay on medium high heat while it's cooking. We're almost done. We're going to add as few noodles as possible to this dish to help you lose weight even quicker. It looks great. Add the noodles. This is such an easy dish that you can serve to yourself or to your whole family. This dish feeds six people, and this is the amount that I serve for myself. I can't wait to try it. It's light and full of flavor. Thanks for cooking with me today.
