Karine no longer felt hungry!

This is a YouTube video titled "Karine no longer felt hungry!" containing a conversation recorded on July 25, 2025, between Karine and Nagina Abdullah. The discussion focuses on Karine's progress with a lifestyle and nutrition program led by Nagina Abdullah, highlighting weight loss, body measurements, changes in appetite, and the positive impact of the program on Karine's health and well-being.
With these changes.
So you started. Oh my gosh. Okay, so this is awesome. So you've lost almost five full pounds, which is like, based on changes in what you're eating, not on dieting. It's like learning how to eat. So you've lost five full pounds. You've lost an inch in your bust, you've lost an inch in your waist so far. And then you've lost two inches in your hips, which is awesome. And you've gone down 2% body fat and, and then you've also gone up 1 1/2% in your muscle.
I was, I wanted to lose about 15 pounds and, you know, 20 would be a bonus. So I knew that it wasn't going to be like a fast, you know, a fast progression, like when you have like 40 or 50 pounds to lose. So I was prepared mentally for that. And I certainly did not want to feel like I was dieting. That was the most important thing because I knew that if I felt I was dieting, it would not work for me. I would feel deprived and I would, I would, you know, it just, it would feel yucky and I just wouldn't be with, you know, in the program. I just wouldn't want to stick to it. I would just, you know, fall off the wagon, to use the term that you say, you know, and I use in the dieting industry. So, yeah, so I felt really good. And I just, I didn't focus too much on the numbers. I just focused on everything you were teaching us online in your, in your course, horses, and focusing on the long term goal, which was to have a lifestyle that would, you know, that would help me be the weight that was closer to when I was younger and hopefully enter perimenopause and menopause with a healthy weight and maintain a healthy weight after that too, and not be like, unfortunately, so many women we see that really struggle with their weight in menopause. And after that, that was something that was scaring me. I do, I do feel the difference in my body. I, I feel it in my clothes. I think that's like the thing that I, that I noticed at, you know, first is, is how, how the clothes feel. You feel more comfortable in your clothes, you know, and you feel better in your clothes too. You like the way you look in your clothes much better and you just feel more comfortable in them. And I feel lighter, you know, like when I walk around and I do my, my workout and I do my activities, I just feel lighter now. Right now I feel really good about where I'M at. And with what happened to me this morning with Suddenly finally the 2.6 pounds, I know that this is working for me. And there's so many resources on the course that you give us that I haven't even had time to really explore and integrate yet. And I've only started with all the workouts that you gave us as well. I've only been doing one, and I thought I was going to go with that one for a couple of weeks and then go to another one to mix it up. So there are so many resources that I even have had time to integrate. So I'm looking forward to also integrating that, you know, for. For the future weeks and months. So that's going to be really fun. Yeah. And I feel. The last thing I wanted to mention is I feel that there was a change in my appetite lately. You know, it's just. It's a natural change. It's. It's like my body is. Is. Is. Is telling, you know, wants less, and so I feel I eat less. It's not by choice. It's because my hunger has diminished.
