This is a YouTube video titled "Attending networking events with spices in hand!" containing a conversation from November 14, 2017, featuring Nagina Abdullah and another speaker discussing her unique habit of using spices to enhance vegetables, her weekly meal planning ritual with her husband, and their lifestyle involving fresh market ingredients and easy meal preparation.
Would even have, like, this little container full of your spices. And if they had vegetables with, like, stupid dip. I would dip vegetables in the spices. That was my secret. Oh, my God, that's amazing. I would take some nuts and I sprinkled the vegetable. The spices over the vegetables, and it was, like, spicy, so I could eat it. That was. That was definitely.
Even at networking events, you were sprinkling that on the vegetables, on those, like, veggies that are like, after a while, they get boring. But when you sprinkle the spices on them there.
But wow to you, you actually cocktail. Instead of dipping in cocktail, dip it in spices. It's so much better.
That is so great. So it really, really helped you. Oh, my gosh.
So tell.
So you said that you're. You were showing me your. That menus that you have.
So tell me what your husband was telling you about that. My husband prints it out every week because he has all of it on his computer. Like, oh, can we eat from this now? So we have this printed every week, and I have it stuck on my fridge, and he picks the dinner that he likes, and he. Every Saturday morning, it's like our daytime, we go into the market. We live next door to this pike market and where they throw the fish and stuff. So we have this whole ordeal going. Fresh vegetables and fresh meat and fresh spices and fresh herbs and everything is in there. We come home with the two boxes full of vegetables, and he chops, and that's with me. He's like, aga. I would do this. It's so much fun. It's just. It's our bonding together. It's kind of like our. How would I say it? It's our little ritual, I would call it, right every Saturday. And then we go on about our days, and it's so easy to just grab from the container here and there and just toss something yummy last minute. Like, literally, we can come home. Like, I'm hungry. Okay, boom, five minutes, dinner. And it's. It's so, so easy. Love it. This is different lifestyle.
