If you're struggling with belly fat and you've tried everything, well, today I'm going to show you two lifestyle hacks that are going to help you decrease your belly fat and also stop any more belly fat from coming on. I can help you get the slim, flat stomach that you have been wanting for possibly a while. And I know how to do this because I did it for myself. I flattened my own belly after trying everything. And the two hacks I am going to teach you today are two of the things that were such a big part of this change. Hi, I'm Nagina Abdullah and I am a metabolism boosting and weight loss coach for midlife women. I've helped over 1,500 women flatten their bellies and get the body of their dreams. I also lost 40 pounds in nine months after a lifetime of struggling and sugar cravings that I never thought could go away. And so if I can do it and these 1500 other women can do it, so can you. We've heard that abs are made in the kitchen. Kitchen. And that is absolutely true. There are no crunches or sit ups that are going to help you decrease your body fat until you start dialing in the foods that are keeping you bloated and creating that belly fat. Today I'm going to share with you why you have belly fat. I'm going to also share with you what to stop doing as quickly as you can. And then I'm going to share with you two ingredients to ADD that are going to decrease your belly fat. And remember, I said add. I don't want you to take these out. I actually want you to have them because they're going to speed up your belly fat melting away. When you eat any foods that elevate your blood sugar, it causes a blood sugar spike. Now, what's happening is that there is a hormone called insulin that is released when your blood sugar spikes. And the role of insulin is to keep your blood sugar even. So when your blood sugar spikes, insulin is going to take the sugar out of your blood and store it in your fat cells. And it's often stored in our belly fat first. Now, there are foods that cause this blood sugar spike to happen more quickly, and there are foods that cause these spikes not to happen. So the first thing that I want you to do is to know that the best way to decrease belly fat is to avoid eating the foods that are causing this blood sugar spike. So it's not just about calories. We're not only talking about how many calories you eat. It's actually the types of foods that you're eating that's causing these. This belly fat. So no matter how little calories you eat, you will never get rid of the belly fat if you don't change up what you're eating. And listen to what I'm saying right now. It's important to understand that this blood sugar spike will lead to more fat on your belly. However, you don't have to stop eating them completely. You can just make sure, if you're going to eat these foods that I'm going to share with you right now, eat them paired with either a protein or a fat, which helps to lower your blood sugar, because those foods help to moderate your blood sugar spikes. So here's some of the foods I want you to either avoid eating or when you do eat them, make sure that you're pairing them with a protein or a fat. So these are foods that include white or wheat bread, pasta, fruit juices, and any processed snacks. It's better to avoid them or to pair them, or what you can do is eat them in smaller quantities as you're pairing them to be able to enjoy the foods that you want, but also not have those blood sugar spikes. Now, let me tell you the ways that you can prevent additional fat storage on your belly. I'm going to share two hacks, and these are so easy to do. I want you to get ready for this. Take notes because these are so easy to implement and they work so quickly. Number one, you can add a sprinkle of cinnamon. I have my cinnamon jar. I have a big cinnamon jar because I use so much of it. And it is so effective to prevent belly fat storage. And this is because cinnamon has been proven scientifically to help decrease blood sugar spikes. And it's actually recommended to use for diabetics to help keep their blood sugar low. So if you are someone that's losing weight, it's also going to help you lose weight and specifically help you lose weight around your belly, because you're going to be preventing belly fat storage. Now, there are numerous scientific studies that have proven that cinnamon does help you lower your blood sugar. And I'm going to share a couple of those with you right now, very quickly. Researchers report that cinnamaldehyde, which is the essential oil that gives cinnamon its flavor, can improve metabolic health by inducing cells to burn energy through a process called thermogenesis. Now, cinnamaldehyde works directly on the fat cells, or adipocytes, to induce them to burn energy through thermogenesis. Cinnamon has also been shown in numerous studies to have a significant role in preventing insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and type 2 diabetes. Now, this also comes into play as very relev for somebody that is losing weight because the effects of lowering your blood sugar help you to burn fat. And that's why cinnamon is extremely important and easy to add into your diet so that you can start burning more belly fat, lowering your blood sugar. Now, cinnamon was so important for me when I lost £40, because it was one of the first things that got me going, that got me seeing that adding foods to what I was doing was going to help me lose weight instead of only focusing on restricting. And so the way that I started with cinnamon is that I started adding cinnamon to my coffee in the morning, and I started just putting a sprinkle of it in my coffee. So I would just, just literally, I wouldn't measure it. I would just put a pinch of cinnamon in there. I would mix it around. It doesn't always mix around so well, and that's okay. Sometimes it stays towards the top. That's totally fine. So I just add it in and. And enjoy my coffee. Now, when I started doing that, it started making me. It made me no longer have the need to have other sugary items. It helps sa so that I didn't have sugar cravings. And that's another benefit of cinnamon, that it gives you that sweetness without spiking your insulin like sugar does, or without keeping you addicted to sugar like artificial sweeteners do. Sprinkling cinnamon on your coffee or tea is a really great way to lower your blood sugar and activate your belly fat to burn. Now, if you don't have coffee or tea, you can also add cinnamon on your fruit, or you can also add it on your Greek yogurt or cottage cheese or anything else that seems like a good fit. Cinnamon. Cinnamon is also a great thing to have on hand if you're having chocolate or if you're having any other kind of sweets. If you sprinkle a little bit on, it will help to lower your blood sugar. Of course, it won't take away the blood sugar spike completely, but it will help to lower it a bit. Now, in addition to cinnamon, the other ingredient that was a complete hack for me to start adding was to start using apple cider vinegar. Okay. Now, apple cider vinegar has also been shown in multiple studies to help lower blood sugar and to help you Even lower your A1Cs. It's been recommended for people that are that have diabetes or pre diabetes. And I've seen it Work when you are trying to lose weight and especially when you want to reduce belly fat. Now, the best way to use apple cider vinegar is to add 2 tablespoons into a glass of water in the morning and that's going to help you keep your blood sugar down for the day. But if you also are having something sweet to eat, you can also have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in water about an hour before and just mix it around. You can add lemon to it if you'd like. And if you don't know that you're going to have something sweet and say you're going to have it within 10 minutes, well then you can have apple cider vinegar in water within that 10 minute window. But just drink it with a straw because that's going to help you get it into your system more quickly. Now, I want to share a really excellent recipe that my clients love and that really cuts your cravings if you're having them. That includes both apple cider vinegar and cinnamon. This is called my Apple Cider Detox Morning Drink. This is a great way to get both of these elements into your morning. And what you do is you have one cup of hot water. You can also have room temperature water or cold water if you don't like hot water. Then you add 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar. Then you also add 1 to 2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice. Then add a teaspoon of cinnamon. You can also, if you like, top it off with a small pinch of cayenne pepper, which also increases your metabolism even more. All you do is combine all of the ingredients and you stir. And this is really going to help you lower your blood sugar right in the morning, help you decrease your sugar cravings.
