So now, like, over the course of the eight weeks, or actually the seven weeks, you've lost now 11 pounds and you've lost two inches from your bust, you've lost two inches from your hips. You've lost over an inch, almost an inch and a half from your thighs, and then also more from your calves and your arms. And you've gone from. You've gone down a size, or you're like, starting to go down a size in your clothings, and you've gone down a size in your pants size.
So how.
Oh, my gosh. So. So tell me about. What are you thinking about? Like, can you believe that this has happened in seven weeks? Like, how are you feeling where you're at right now? Like, with what you've done?
I mean, I feel great, actually, with what I've done. And, yeah, and it's happened, you know, it's. It's still. Still a bit surprising, even though I know I have been doing, you know, following the program, and I've been pretty consistent with my meals and definitely up the protein. You know, I noticed all of that, and that made a huge difference, I think. And also being able to measure, taking the measurements, I think, and getting my head around the tracking has helped because it's just sort of like focuses your mind as to what you're doing and when you can see what you're, what you're. Where you're at. And also in terms of proportions, you know, what things weigh and how much is what. It just. It all kind of started to come together. And so, yeah, so. And it's been, you know, once I got my head around that, the first couple of weeks, I was just trying to get my head around it. It's been pretty easy. And, like, I think what's helped also is keeping the meals pretty consistent. Like, the breakfast, lunch kind of thing has been really consistent. And I've just been changing up the dinners. And so it's been more efficient in terms of not wasting a lot of time. I can get on with other things. So, yeah, so, I mean, great. Really pleased. And it's helped manage and work. It's been great because so obviously otherwise I'm just at work. So, you know, it's. Obviously work is busy, but again, knowing what I'm making for lunch every day, and, like, my friends are still at work looking at my salad, and they're like, are you. Are you getting tired of yourself? Actually, I'm not. You know, I could change it up a little bit if I wanted to, but I'm I'm quite content. So easy, because I don't have to waste a lot of time in the morning prepping when I know exactly what I need to do. It's routine, so that's helpful. And definitely the smoothie sacks, actually, just putting them in the freezer has been really helpful. Yeah. I feel I'm in a much better place. And I think that's reflected in initially, like, obviously, and still continue to be, is, like, much more energy. Definitely. Definitely feel much more energy in myself, so it's a good thing.
