I really didn't think that I was going to lose a lot of weight. I thought maybe, maybe about ten pounds, but the pounds came off and I'm still looking forward to losing more. And I think the reason that I didn't lose weight before is because of my age. Probably, you know, when you get older your metabolism slows down and so you don't lose as fast. And I really was just not, I guess, motivated enough to keep going. So all that I'm sure played a part into why I wasn't losing the weight like I wanted to.
Yep. Okay. Okay. Yes. And well, what's surprising is that after you joined the program and we started talking about how to change up your eating, it actually didn't matter about your age. Your weight just started coming off. And I just think that's amazing that you had enough confidence to say I know I want to try something.
