Tara lost 14lbs in Spice Yourself Skinny! Hear why it works

Nagina Abdullah talks with her childhood friend Tara about losing 14 pounds on the Spice Yourself Skinny program. They discuss which spices worked best for her, why past fitness attempts failed, and what made this approach stick.
Hi, this is Nagina Abdullah, and I am here today with Tara. And I'm so excited because Tara is actually a childhood friend of mine. We used to play lots of games like tag, this other game called Ghosts and Goblins, where we would run around our front yard. And we reconnected, and she joined Spice Yourself Skinny. Tara, please say hello. Let us know what your results were in Spice Yourself Skinny. Hi.
I started off about £191. I'm down to 176.6. And, you know, I feel a lot more confident. I feel great, actually.
Oh, my God. That is so. It's like 14 plus pounds right there. Wow, Tara. Oh, my gosh. And you look amazing. You look absolutely ravishingly beautiful. Oh, my gosh.
Thank you.
So, Tara, let's start off with a fun question. What is your favorite spice that you used in Spice Yourself Skinny? And what did you use it on?
We've mostly used. We've used smoked paprika, like, on everything. Of course, we throw in ginger, and we throw. My mom's not a fan of the red pepper. She said it's too. They generally suggest. But I probably put smoked paprika on everything. It just has an amazing flavor.
Oh, my gosh. Yes. I know. Smoked paprika is like a secret spice that a lot of people don't know about. And once you start using it, I love it. It's like it can go on everything we have in Spice Yourself Skinny in the first week, a smoked paprika detox dinner bowl. And I think that's like, a favorite because it's just so easy and it's so tasty. I know when I eat it, I can't believe that it's healthy food because it has all the flav. So that's what it does. Yes. Okay. So, Tara, tell me, I'm wondering, what's the moment that you decided to join Spice Yourself Skinny, and why do you think you joined SYS versus another weight loss program?
Well, probably. I think it was last year. I had gone to the gym for probably a good solid three months. I was going six days a week. We started off going an hour a day. We bumped it up to, like, three hours a day. Yes. I could see some tone differential. That was great. But I wasn't losing anything. I mean, I didn't lose an ounce. I think I might have even gained. You know, my mom and the boys, they were coming too, and she wasn't getting anywhere either. I'd also tried thrive, whether it's the women's or whether it's, you know, just the regular thrive I felt. I mean, sure, that gives energy, but I don't know that it really helped with the hunger. I still ended up snacking. Plus, also, the hormones in the women's version didn't work too well for me. I don't know about you, but one month cycle is plenty in a month. I don't like to. So, you know, I ended up going off of that, and then, you know. You look fabulous.
Oh, thank you.
You know, I've been friends with you on Facebook forever, you know, and I saw your little thing, and I was like, let's give it a try. So here we are.
Here we are about £14 later, and. Oh, my gosh. Absolutely. So I love that because it's like a lot of us, like, a lot of times, like, going to the gym is the first thing we try to do. We go to the gym. I mean, eat healthy. But I've been there, too, where it's like, you're working so hard and, like, you're not seeing any change. And I think. I know, like, when that happened for me, I just started feeling like maybe I wasn't meant to lose weight. Like, maybe I was just meant to live at that weight. But it's just about actually having the right technique for your body. Once you do, the weight can shed. Like, you're not meant to have all those extra pounds. If you feel uncomfortable, it's not natural. There's just the technique that you have to learn to get it off. So.
