A short studio interview (Sabri Suby with Amanda) that presents a simple three-question diagnostic for underperforming marketing campaigns: (1) are people clicking the ads (CTR/CPC), (2) are visitors converting on the landing/opt-in page (conversion rate, cost per registration), and (3) can leads be closed during the sales/webinar process. The hosts walk through decision logic — if ads and webinar are unchanged, the opt-in page is the likely issue — and advise checking webinar stats and the funnel before concluding the product needs a refresh. The video closes with a typical YouTube like/subscribe call-to-action.

Amanda Sabri Subhi joins me now in the studio. I really look at business as an incredible vehicle to really, like, make good and make change in the world. What are the three things that I always tell you guys are the only three things that you'll ever need to look at why a campaign isn't working?
Do people click the ads?
Yep.
Do people convert on the landing page?
Yep.
And can they be closed in the sales process?
Exactly. They're the only three things that you need to know. So if you've answered yes to number one are people are clicking on the ads. So we've still got the same CTR and the same cpc?
Yep.
Check that. Done. Are people converting on the opt in page to the webinar?
Yes, it's.
But at what rate? Of course they're converting. But how does that compare to their old opt in page to their webinar?
It's still the same opt in page on the web.
Okay, has that changed? Is the conversion rate the same on that? Is the cost per webinar registration the same?
Yeah.
Right. And then based on that, yet all of those things are exactly where they should be. Okay, well then the third thing, has the webinar changed?
No, that hasn't changed.
Yes. So I can tell you right now, as the webinar hasn't changed, then the problem's going to be on the opt in page. Because if the ads are fine and the webinar hasn't changed, the only thing that it could be is the opt in page.
So if the opt in page is still the same as well, then is the next logical thing the product offering needs a refresh?
No. Well, then I need to look at the webinar stats. I need to log into Webinar jam or whatever it is and I need to find out, like, is there something wrong? Is that I would register for the webinar. I would watch all the emails, I would attend the webinar, I would see what's going on and then I would see something dramatically has changed there. I go through all of that thing, I'll find something and if I find nothing, then it's a product refresh. But I don't think that that would be the case. If you've seen a sharp drop off since the new funnel has gone live, you're gonna have a tough job arguing it's a product refresh. There's gonna be something that you find.
Yeah.
