So just wait till you're ready, book a call with me and get on. I'm happy to speak with anybody, though. If you're not sure if you're a good fit, just book a call. But yeah, yeah, let's get into the good stuff. So let's talk about briefly what most people do when running Ads for dealerships. So a lot of times people are running automotive inventory ads that lead to your VDP website leaking customers due to an increasing bounce rates. Like people just see your website and it's a black hole for people that are actually shopping for a car. A very certain type of person will go through your website, navigate through all that stuff, but most people get lost. A lot of dealerships are running ads for awareness and traffic that aren't optimized for actual car buyers. A lot of people run general and vague ads pushing leads or traffic that don't convert into deals or appointments. You get a bunch of crappy leads, but you don't get any sales subprime style. Everyone's approved ads that drive low quality broke leads that you wouldn't finance on a bicycle. And of course people like to make lead form surveys way too easy to fill out, leading to low friction, which leads to low lead quality, also known as intent. And on top of that, 99% of marketers and vendors have never sold a car in their life. Okay, so what's included in this? No BS guide. So I'm going to show you guys five types of ads that you can run. Proven strategies that are helping my clients today in August 2023 to sell cars. Right now, these are proven offers, proven ads, and, and the strategy, everybody has probably tried some almost version of this, but everything's got to be dialed perfectly. If you get one component out of a thousand wrong, this whole thing's going to be thrown off. So I'm going to teach you guys how to do this right. And of course if you want to try to set this up yourself, you can. However, you're going to have better luck just hiring me to do it and my team. And if you're an agency that's trying to replicate this, good luck. I've dusted a lot of deals in my day. I'm still selling cars actively to this day. And yeah, good luck to you my friend. So happy customer ads, why buy campaigns? We're going to go over those. We're going to go over an advanced strategy for blasting your inventory out. How to run special financing opportunities the right way, how to run trade in and acquisition campaigns so you're actually selling a car and purchasing one at the same time. And then type 5, which is my personal favorite, user generated content, super viral ad strategy. This is literally insane. Has my client becoming a local legend in his area and we've cracked the code on consistent, consistent five star quality leads. And that is not all, my friend. I'M gonna give you a couple bonuses. Digital retailing broker style if you're somebody that is looking to do a direct to retail operation, digital retailing where you're buying cars from the auction or you're a broker that's buying cars for a massive amount of people retail and you want to do the shop from home experience or you're a bigger dealership that wants to add that in. I'm going to show you how to go over that broker style and Avas Espanol. I have ads to generate Spanish speaking Hispanic customers in your area that want to buy nice vehicles. So warning, changing your advertising model will dramatically alter your dealership's future for the better. You have to be ready to make the decision to do what's best for your dealership and to actually take action on this. Otherwise your time here is going to be wasted. So let's talk about type one happy customer. Why buy style ads? All right, these are going to be ads that look really nice. Get your dealership like literally people are going to see it and they're going to feel like a sense of trust. They're going to want to come in and buy with you. We're showing a new way to buy a car. Don't worry. We're showing face to the local community, we're showing happy people and we're giving a general positive energy and association with your dealership. These ads are designed to generate an emotional connection and look organic to the platform. Like as if your aunt just bought a car and posted it. So people aren't so fast to scroll and instead interpret the message and associate that with some sort of emotion. So who do these ads work best for? This ad is typically ideal for dealerships that aren't very well known in their area and want a consistent and reliable way to get in front of new customers to get deals you otherwise wouldn't from people that don't even know who you are. It works well for those who want to build trust and awareness in their local area by showcasing happy customers and the positive experience they've had with the dealership. Which clients does it attract the most? Typically a well rounded range of lower to no credit mixed with prime shoppers as well. Think like everyday Joe, looking for like mom and pop local type people. So like you know, you've got your working class, you've got your got some bumps in the road with their credit and you've also got your people that just approve downright for anything you've got. So this gives you a mix. But sometimes you'll see typical lower than normal down payments and a higher volume of leads for cheaper because you know, you got to catch the people at the right time sometimes, you know, in the car business it's either the down payment or the house payment. So it's got to be the right time. And that's why you want to have these ads running at all times so you can get in front of those people and so you can build that brand up. But these ads do take longer to actually convert deals. They're super positive in a sense of bringing awareness and everything, but they're slow at bringing an roi. It's a long term play here. So when you want to run these types of ads, you want to focus on these types of things in your ad copy and creative to build trust. We have dozens of reviews. We've been in business for 25 years. We're family owned. We'll give you a free test drive with no obligation. No pushy sales tactics. This is the new way to buy a car and show your industry expertise and, and how you help them specifically and what current market effect will be for their purchase. So for example, I've got a client that they're doing a massive inventory price drop. They're trying to broom some units. So that's something we're running inventory blowout sale and that's, you know, kind of where you want to show them your IND industry expertise, how you can help them lower their payment with positive equity and get into a new vehicle. You know, you want to stand out and show people the different programs you offer and everything like that. So with these you're going to have to coach people through and explain the process very simply and EAS easy to understand. These are dumbed down ads that really appeal to everybody and you're going to show them what makes you guys unique, how you help people and teach them and how to buy with you in less time in the most convenient way possible. Shop from their home, shop from the house. So the pros to these is that happy customer ads are easy to set up and make your dealership look more appealing and approachable to your target audience. This type of ad can provide a steady and reliable flow of leads with focus on generating interest and building trust. Utilizing real customer experiences can be a powerful way to communicate the dealership's value and attract potential buyers. That's why you want to use testimonials. Google reviews, we copy and paste those into your ad copies easy to run. Look great in your market. Consistent lead flow reaching new audience Cheap leads, really low costing, high volume of leads which you'll receive and then sales qualification calls tend to be easy rinse and repeat style. Hey, what are you looking for? Are you interested in a specific vehicle or do you kind of want to see some options and then you just go down? Okay, well do you want to bring your own financing or you want to shop online and then you just go through the process and work them through. Um, happy customer ads may not always lead to conversions though, like we said. So I got some setup information for you guys here. You can reach that. This is. We use this framework for a brand new dealership that nobody knew who worked out of an office in a residential neighborhood lot in Houston and helped him sell 12 cars in the first five weeks after launching the system and make over 50 grand. Mind you, this is a lone wolf guy working the leads himself. And we only had ran I think like $1,800 in his ad spend. So it was like a 26 ROI. And he went on to be able to sell about six cars per week with us. And it's still consistently moving a lot of metal through our programs and through those exact ads. All right, let's move on to type 2. So these are advanced auto inventory MIA AIA manual versus automatic inventory ads. So you can run these automatically by taking your vin, your inventory feed and putting it into Facebook and then running them in a dynamic catalog format and basically show people the vehicles that they've been engaging with on your website. You can also load in in market data and you can show trucks to specific truck audiences and things of that nature. This works really well if you're going for in market shoppers, which 95% of dealerships are so used to going for, for in market shoppers, you know, through your listing sites like Cargurus, Auto Trader, Carfax, Edmunds, like every single car listing site, we've gotten so used to taking these third party leads that are VIN specific that it's changed the way we look at the car process and now we expect that. So with your Facebook ads, you can run them in that style and. But the thing is, it costs a lot more money to actually attain that level. You're going to have to run a lot more ad budget. The data will give you a much smaller audience. And so your lead cost is going to skyrocket and so is your cost per acquisition. But since you're moving higher end units, it can be worth it because you have more grosses with those. So that's the automatic side of that. Which a lot of people do, and you'll see those all over the place. But what we like to actually do is a manual version of this where we just take some of your flashy inventory and we put it out in front of people in different sets and groups and targeted to people that would be interested in it. And then we actually get them to tell us a little bit more about the options, what they're looking for. And we send them a list of vehicles that are available in their kind of like, you know, price range and their budget and their criteria that they're looking for and their specifications. And we find that this is a way to get people that are in market shoppers and also get really clear about what they're wanting and what they're expecting. And then we can match them to a piece of inventory instead of having them sold on event specifically. Then maybe we don't have the car or you know, whatnot and what have you. So we'll run an offer on an inventory ad, we'll throw out a lot of different pieces of dynamic inventory and then we'll generate the lead that way. So these ads work best for dealerships with a large inventory that want to showcase their available vehicles efficiently. Works well for dealerships with a well established process and operation capable of leveraging advanced system to track leads efficiently. And it gives in market shoppers a way to shop while they're scrolling. And of course this is super beneficial. Everybody shops online. On average, people visit 1.2 dealerships before buying. Nowadays it used to be 5 to 6 just a few years ago. So that's a huge statistic that just shows you that people find what they're wanting. They find a dealership and they go straight to that dealership and they buy. So you want to make sure if they're looking for a specific rig, they're looking for a 2019-2023 lariat with under 50,000 miles loaded up XLT package. Like you want to make sure that you got that in front of those people that are search for that. And social ads aren't always the best for that because of the targeting is limited and you have to put in the in market data in order to achieve super, super granular targeted results for that. Which like I said, it's more budget. However, it's a great strategy and you may want to look at targeting more of your inventory on pushing it on a Facebook marketplace which is a lot less expensive and you just have to do it right. Which we have a tool for that plugin Which I could go over in another video, just reach out to me. Or you could also look at doing the Google VIN specific leads when people are searching in your area, taking out targeted keywords so that they can find those specific vehicles and trying to bid over Cargurus in your area for specific pieces of inventory that are higher dollar that you want to push. So a couple ideas there for you to just push your inventory. Like I said, the problem with these ads is vendors and marketing departments tend to run these types of ads to their website VDP where 95% of traffic bounces within three minutes and then it just ends there. They go to another website or they're left with questions that they don't have answered and then their sales process is extended and they end up, you know, something happens in their life and all of a sudden they're not a buyer anymore or they go to another guy, or they, you know, jump on another website, put in the lead capture, or they see one of my ads and they click on that and they go to my clients instead. So this is a big disconnect for the car buyer's journey. And patching this in your automotive inventory ad strategy alone will increase quality traffic and conversions. Okay, so, you know, the solution is to really figure out like after the ads, the process needs to be like really dialed in with exactly how their process, what they expect. So imagine you're shopping for a car and you just see the car that you kind of want or a car you're interested on. You click and you look at that car. You can see like some pictures of it. You can inquire one lead on it and you go to the website, it doesn't, you know, then you can just bounce off versus you see that car, you click on that car, a pop up comes up, you say information. Like, you know, when they're looking to buy, ask what you know, how, what they're looking for, exactly what type of vehicle, how much they have down, if they have a trade, you know, different things like that, how they want to shop, do they want to shop online, do they want to shop in person? Ask those things up front and then get a conversation with them and say, hi, prospect, I saw that you're looking for a 2017 Ford Escape, you know, and then just roll into the conversation. That way we have a lot of options available. Inventory is changing every single day and we can find specific rigs for you. So how long have you been in the market for these? Oh, six months. Oh, you can't find the right one because you can't find the right price. Oh, well, perfect. You should have let me know sooner because I've actually got a price drop on it and I can lock you in for this. What's the best offer you got? Yeah, I'll beat that. Boom. Now you got a deal. Now you're working a car deal, right? So there's a lot of pros to this. It can provide a seamless user experience as they directly show the available inventory to interested customers. With the right tracking systems in place, you can measure the performance of each ad and optimize it accordingly for better results. These ads have a higher potential for for driving sales and immediate conversions due to their direct connection with inventory. They're great to use for retargeting warm data sources to show them active inventory you have available and stay in front of them when they're actually shopping around. But we talked about a lot of the cons. Aside from just setting up the system, which can be complex in itself, these ads can have a higher cost per lead. It may take a lot of time and testing to fine tune the ads to maximize their effectiveness. To make the most, make them the most effective, you need to input third party data so that you can segment, you know, show truck inventory to people shopping for trucks and not cars. And they limit your in market audience because they're only appealing or these ads limit you in your audience because they only appeal to in market shoppers. And that excludes 95% of people who could be a customer in the next 30, 60, 90 days if you were to have a conversation with them, meet some of their needs, address some of their fears and concerns and get them in the door. So that's one thing you have to consider is you're only showing your ads to 5% of people that care on social media. The rest are there for cat videos and stuff. And they're going to keep scrolling and they're going to just learn to tune you out. And that's why they're just going to keep going. That's where the happy customer ads come in and kind of, you know, counteract, kind of balance that out. Because happy customer images, people will just be reading them and they won't even know why. It just gives them a good feeling, especially with the way we do it. So yeah, take those things into consideration. We use this type successfully in combination with other types that I'm going to show you to help Characters auto do an additional 20 to 35 deals per month over the last year and a half. We beat out all of our competition, I'm sorry to say it, guys, if you're watching this, my competition, it was a great match. But yeah, they started us off in an ad account with multiple of our competitors and we've beat them all out over the last couple of years. You know, they wanted to put it to the test, see who's the best. They run two different locations and just one location we're doing 20 to 35 deals. The other one, we don't have a solid number, but it's well worth their ROI for what they're doing. And I can tell you that in one location we're adding about 65 grand and the other location is doing really well as well. So that's primarily what we did, is the manual inventory ads with the system that I spoke of. All right, let's move on to type 3. Is this good for you guys? I hope that you're getting some value out of this. I hope that this is worth your time. Really, I'm not here to waste your time. I'm here to give you exactly what you need to grow your car dealership. And this is the best way. I found out over spending millions of dollars profitably for car dealerships over the past few years and working with hundreds of different dealerships. All right, so type 3 special financing opportunities with disqualification filters and clear approval criteria. So we have ads like this where, you know, it's pick a vehicle, pick a payment, get approved, but of course that's just a hook because in reality we have to spell it out really clear to these people that yes, if you have higher credit and more down payment, you're going to have more options. But if not, we're going to have to bring you down to reality. And you might be having a Mercedes vision, but you got a Kia budget, you know, so we, we really spell that out in our ads and, and you know, we show people how fast they can get approved, how we work with a lot of different banks. So we'll say, you know, something like shopping for a car but having trouble getting approved. We work with all credit situations. We'll send them to landing pages where they can actually fill out the short form credit app that we do to get all the information that you need as far as down payment, employment history, you know, license status, previous bankruptcies, repos, everything you might want to know upfront before you talk to a special financing lead. We're going to get that upfront for you. We found that this is the best way to do it because if you don't get all the information, you're going to be chasing down the information, then you're going to be chasing down documents, then you're going to be chasing down co signers. And so we just get everything we can up front and we'll send them through to your store credit app as well so that they, you can pull ficos and everything like that. This is a combination of strategies that we use. Of course in today's market, the subprime special finance shoppers, they don't care about interest rates, they don't exactly care a lot of times what piece of inventory you push them into. So with the higher prime leads more focused on interest rates and saving money there, you're going to have to make sure to, you know, the best defense is a good offense. So you're going to want to make sure that you've got every different segment checked off. And you're running these kind of ads as well. Because a lot of times these deals, high pay, more grosses, they're shorter sales cycles and you're targeting traffic that's not in market shoppers that every other dealership's bidding you out on. You're actually targeting people who probably aren't in the market. They don't know what the process looks like. They've maybe been denied before. They, you know, or they, they know they don't have as many options so they're scared to go and be denied. They don't want to step foot into a dealership before they know kind of what they can do. This is your opportunity to work a credit app online. Once somebody submits a credit app, once you call them and you tell them that they're pre approved and you tell them to come down and you set the appointment, they're, they're going to show up most of the time. I mean like once they submit, once somebody types in their Social Security's number on your website and they click on your, your ad and they spend the time to do that. Like that should be a deal, you should be closing that. Okay? So just don't mess that process up. Just get with them and close the deal down. So these, these ads work best for dealerships that offer special financing opportunities and for customers with unique credit situations that can benefit from this ad type. It works best for those who want to attract higher quality subprime leads by setting clear approval criteria and utilizing disqualification filters as well and setting expectations on the front end so it's less work chasing people down. Like if somebody says they don't have a job, if somebody says they have zero down and they can only afford 250amonth. Like, we'll put those in a different bucket because it's like, you know, you can just tell, like, it's like, okay, this is going to be way more difficult versus somebody that's got solid employment history, solid down payment, solid trade, positive equity, and they've just got like, maybe, you know, just a low score or no score, you know, so you want to know that stuff up front. It makes your financing manager's job a whole lot easier. It makes the people working the leads a whole lot easier, and it's better for tracking as well. As you disqualify people, the algorithms learn who's qualified, who you want to target more, and it starts to go more after those kind of people. So this is really great. For independent dealerships to focus on special financing or offer buy here, pay here to run special financing opportunity ads, you need to have a thorough understanding of your target audience's credit needs and challenges and experience working with different banks and customers to get approvals. You have to be good at this. Okay, some. Someone doesn't want to put 3k down after you get them to drive it and love it. They will produce it if you're good. Okay, so that's a little typo. So if, if, if someone doesn't want to put $3,000 down at first, then once you get them behind the wheel and they're driving it and loving it, you're going to be able to get them to come up with that 3K. But you have to be good at that. Like, you can't be a guy that's just going to call the app and say, yeah, you're going to need at least 5k down to show up. It's like, hey, can you at least come up with 500 down? You know, if they can come up with 500 down, they can come up with a thousand down. If they can come up with a thousand down now, they can come up with another thousand down in two weeks. Like, you have to get creative. People are, you know, they don't have as much money in their pockets as they did during COVID during 2020 when we were printing free money. So now you have to be able to be creative as a dealership, show people, you know, delay your down payment. You know, do different things for these people, because these people are usually really good customers, loyal. And if you can get them approved, they're going to come back to you and they're going to bring referrals and usually they're, they're pretty easy to work with. They're the deals like they're, you know, they come in and they're not as concerned with, you know, you, you're, you're telling them about the problem with the car. Yeah, it's got a little bump here. They're like, no problem, no problem. You know, they don't even care because they're just stoked to be able to get in the car. They need to get their kids to and from work. They got a beater and you give them an opportunity and you rebuild their credit. And you should take care of these people. Like, don't screw them over on the back end. They're already down low. But you know, there's a lot of people that need this. This is a service. You know, you have to think of yourself a, a credit rebuilder. You're establishing these people. Don't think of yourself as, you know, you're working with a bunch of roaches trying to mine some gold. Like, you know, you have to realize that this does help people. There's a lot of people in a tough spot. I come from a low income family and household. My mom needed to buy cars this way and you know, she got taken advantage of a lot in the market. And I know that's people's fault. But you have to understand like at the end of the day, if you good, I believe if you do good by people, people will do good by you. So just keep that in mind as well, you know, because it is a, you know, to some people might brush it over or whatever. But at the end of the day it is high interest loans. And we want to make sure that like, you know, we're, we're taking care of these people, right? We're not getting them something that's going to break down. You know, we're not doing anything we don't say and we're being authentic and honest. So this is what we're asking questions. We're asking questions like employment status, history, where they work, monthly income, confirming pay stubs, confirming their resident ID that they're actively in the market, timeline they're looking to purchase in, what's their motivation more for them more than it's for us. We want them really thinking about what they want, why they want it, their vision, painting the vision. And then we're going to help them bridge the gap. So we want to know how much they can afford down monthly and if they have an access to a joint signer if needed, like a co buyer if they're ready to buy as long as we can get them approved, get their commitment early trade info, you know, if they have positive equity, estimated credit score, contact inflow including street address and date of birth. Now that's a real application. We get these in some accounts for as little as $5 per credit application guys. And you're paying a retailer or a reseller a lead third party marketing site to to sell these to you for way more. The markup is insane. I'm getting these for $5 and 47 cents in this account. Over 128 in the last 30 days and that's for 700 spent on ad spend. Like would you spend 700 to get 120 applications? Of course you would. And it's with this information like come on guys, like I've done a lot for this. Like come on, let's go. So there's a lot of pros to this. We've talked about, you know, working class people that need a fresh start and someone's going to give them a chance. A lot of times these people need a vehicle, they don't just want a vehicle. And it's definitely a way to build their credit. You can provide that to people and it's easier. Sale cons Crafting the right message and setting accurate disqualification filters requires careful planning and market research. It's a limited audience size compared to more general ad types may so it may result in a lower lead volume. I'd say that's less of a chance in 2023. It seems like anymore it's the majority of people but it's definitely the majority of people on social media that will click on the ads the fastest. But everybody's going to be mixed in, you know, especially with the general ads. To maximize results, continuous monitoring and optimizations are necessary to ensure the ads are reaching the right prospects and that they are getting the right quality up front. It takes more work to get one deal done on every single end. Getting the prospect in the door, getting the documents, working with the bank, asking for more down, getting a co signer. It can be much more tedious and a straining process but, but this is why you make more grosses on it. And this is also why you have to be good at dealing with these types of customers. It's gotta be something that you do with positive attitude. You know I want to tell you guys something. My lowest performing client I ever said I or I ever had said that all leads are pretty much bad these days. It's rare that I ever get a good lead. Yada yada, yada yada yada. My best performing client says every lead has the chance to be a good lead. Give me all the leads. Just give me name, email, phone, just. That's all I want. Give me all the leads. Okay. It's a mindset. Okay. These are real people. This is person to person. Everybody's like, oh, these leads are, it's like this is just a mom that works 60 hours a week for her kids and is driving a beat up minivan. Is. And doesn't want the pressure of a sale. We're not selling gluten free ice cream cones. We're selling special financing opportunities at 20 plus percent rates. You know, in cars and, and things that people that already can't afford. You know, like you're, this is a big deal. So you want to approach it as such, be professional and be on target and know that it's going to take a little bit of back and forth. You're gonna have to connect with the people to sell them. This campaign is helping. Garden City average $187 per car sold and add 10 to 15 deals per month for $2,250 in advertising spend per month. They're adding anywhere from 10 to 15, sometimes 16 deals a month. And the only problem with them is that they've been running out of inventory and we haven't been able to get them as many acquisitions as we'd like. Like, so they're not able to sell more. They have a lot of deals pending a lot of approvals, but we just got to get cars to put them in. This is the same system that helps Dana sell four to six cars a week extra for $3,000 a month. And this is the same system that helped my first client, who's still with me to this day, Gateway Autoplex, to do a massive 25 to 40 plus deals per month with us. Our first client from over three years ago, still active in closing to this day. I just checked in with them. They had a rocking month. Month last month, it was kind of get slow a little bit before that. So we're happy that we ramped it up for them, got them going. All right, guys, type four. All right, I'm, I'm showing you guys all the sauce. I hope that you like this. I hope that it's providing you value. Like I said, I'm not here to waste your time. I hope this is giving you ideas, giving you insight and getting you pumped because this is the beginning of the end of your long search for something that's actually Going to work on social media. I've spent blood, sweat and tears. You know, it's the middle of the night right now and, and this is what I do. I'm dedicated to bringing the best results possible and my fulfillment. A lot of agencies, they just focus on sales, sales, sales. That's why you don't know me, because I'm not focused on just sales, sales, sales. I've been focused on fulfillment. I've been focused on making my product better. I've been focused on my creative, my skills as a marketer and becoming the best that I can be. And the proof is in the pudding, guys. These are the results. So you tell me. All right, These are a very lucrative strategy. I near the end, but I saved the best for last. Okay, Trade in event campaigns. This is so widely overlooked. Guys. How many of you have a problem with getting inventory right now? How many of you? Everybody. And how many people are you hearing that are afraid of interest rates? Everybody. So here's the solution. You generate high quality A plus prime leads by giving them the finance opportunities to lower their monthly payment and upgrade their vehicle for $0 down. Upgrade your vehicle, downgrade your payment and save. This is a major thing. People want this right now they have positive equity left over from 2020 because they bought a, a fair car at a good price. They've paid it down quite a bit. They put a good down payment on in the first place and now they want to get something different. You know, they're in an suv, they want to get a truck, they're in a car, they want to get a little suv, whatever it is, they want to trade over their positive equity and they want to lower their monthly payments. You can help them do this and in some cases you can help them to not even have any payments for 90 days. So find out what your banks are doing, find out how you can work that into a trade deal and then you can offer an overallocation above their KBB price. We've done that before, like a 3000 over KBB. Or you can offer them just upgrade their ride and save. Now $0. Down, down. This is the same strategy that helped one of my clients. We just spent 3k on their advertising. First month with us and they made back $30,000 in grosses. It was actually 34, 000, almost 35, 000 in grosses. First month, 30 days. Okay, would you, would you put in $1 to make back 10? Would you, you know, get a 10x ROI in your first month? Would you call that a fair Deal. You know, I, I sure would 10x ROI. Imagine getting that in the stock market in your first 30 days, right? So, so this is the exact payment. We like to use these text based ads because it's really clearly spelling out an offer. The pros to this is it's fast. It literally just spells out to people, yes, I want that. They click on that and then they go to the next step in the process. And then before you know it, you're having a conversation with them, you're running the VIN on their vehicle, you're telling them roughly what you can give them and they're set up for a trade appraisal. They come in and buy. Like this works really well. You can run it as a big trade in event we've got appraisers on site. You can make a whole big thing out of this. Like I would always be running trade in bonus campaigns because you don't have to lose inventory. Like the special finance campaigns suck because you lose inventory because these people's trades aren't really adequate a lot of times or they, they're, you know, trying to get a second car, trying to get a first car. But when you run these, it gets everybody. You will get some subprime through here, you'll get some prime through here. But mostly you're going to get higher end average customers, average Joe customers and prime leads from running this. Okay. So you can make video ads with this. And you can also run straight up acquisition campaigns like get an offer for your car in minutes, cash offer, will write you a check. Any car, any miles, any condition, always get the best offer. You can run those as well. I find that it's a lot of work. You got to have your acquisitions manager or an acquisition specialist like working those leads hard because you got to get their VINs back. You got to check if you're doing it online too. And trying to run the offer, it's kind of harder. Or you have to have somebody scheduling bringing the cars down and you got to make sure that you've got people on site that can appraise them quickly. And, and then you're going to have to finagle the deals on the back end because you're trying to buy somebody's car instead of just having them trade it. So I recommend starting with trade in campaigns to get more acquisitions. And then also of course you can look on like Facebook Marketplace and look at people that have listed their cars for a long time on there and you can look at acquiring private party buys that way as well. As run, buy, buy your car ads. I would run these for sure because you can get some like people that need to sell their car. You know, like if there's a family thing that happens and somebody needs to sell their car. Like when my grandmother, rest, bless her heart, had a stroke, you know, she had to sell her jeep, she wasn't able to drive anymore. And my grandpa just broomed it over to a dealership that had an ad like this going. Right place, right time. That's why you want to be running these ads, guys, because you never know who's literally going to be scrolling, who needs what you have. We get ads coming in all the time when people are just like, yeah, I saw your ad and it's exactly what I need right now. It's like, that's why we run these ads. It's cheap to get in front of people. You're putting awareness in them and it gives them, it gets you in front of the people that you otherwise wouldn't like. It's not that, you know, complicated, right? Here's another one. We're ready to buy your car. Take advantage of the current economic changes to get top dollar for your vehicle. You guys get the point with that, right? So the money isn't made when we sell a car, it's made when we buy a car, right? So if you can get more bias, this offers like a trojan horse on both fronts. Whether you run a trade in event or we want your buy your car campaign will both deliver you sales. Even if you run a campaign for we'll just buy your car for cash, people will still come in and look at your inventory and buy from you too. So either way you're getting a two for one a lot of the time. So this is definitely a favorite strategy these days. In August of 2023, the strategy is perfect for car dealers who work with a wide variety of audience because it attracts all different types of buyers and sellers. If you run this campaign, you want to make sure to have your acquisition managers ready, have somebody that's going to be able to handle all the applications, running the VINs, working with the customers and then checking back in with them, you're going to give them the first offer and they might not accept it because you're going to have to buy it. Right? And if they want something high retail or maybe a little bit in between clean trade and high retail, you're going to have to try to work them back so you can buy that back of clean trade so you can buy that wholesale. Unless you're shopping at free for a specific customer, maybe you can overallocate. So those are things to keep in mind. It's, it's, it's a extra step in the process. It's not just showing somebody a vehicle. It's, you know, trying to give them a check for something that they've put a lot of blood, sweat and tears investment into time into and they might not even really want to sell it to you. So you're going to have to, you know, work your sales magic. You know, we're car salesmen, right? You know, so this is the, the super secret, super high converting offer for this even when interest rates are high. Get ready. Drumroll. Upgrade your ride, downgrade your payment, okay? Literally run that offer. It works so well. Trade in events. Attract potential customers who are already interested in purchasing a new vehicle, resulting in higher conversion rate. It's, it's a faster sales cycle, guys. It's a direct offer, okay? It's a direct offer to get people in so you don't have to lose a vehicle in your stock count. So we talked a lot about a lot of these planning. Ad performance heavily relies on the attractiveness of the offer. And if it's not appealing enough, it may not drive desired results. So you might tell me, well, Nate, I've tried this already and it didn't work. Or an agency tried to run ads like this for me and it didn't work and it's like, well, yeah, because you just didn't run it right. Like you have to try. Like, even though I'm showing you guys proven offers, if one piece of that is off, the whole campaign's going to be off. Like you need like a specialist to make sure they're running this. Or you need to get lucky on your first try or you need to just bring me on because I'm ready to be your back end marketing partner. That's, you know, why I'm offering you this for totally free and giving you all this value. And if you don't end up working with me, that's totally cool. But full transparency, this stuff is hard, okay? It takes time. That's why most agencies fail and they don't actually ever be successful with your ads because they don't know the process to actually make ads successful. So another thing with this is trade in events are time sensitive and promotions should be carefully managed to prevent inventory overflow. You have to give out a lot of appraisals with tire kickers and people that'll bring in like cars that don't run or cars that like are thousands of miles and just beat up or whatever they want and they want way too much for it. And people will be stuck on the number that they got from the Kelly Blue Book offer. And so you're going to have to have a nice approach to work that objection and just teach them, hey, this is how the process actually works. So Kelly Blue Book, you know, they're blowing smoke, this and that, whatever you're, you, you guys know what to say, right? So be ready for that though. It's not going to be a lay down deal. Like unfortunately it's not 2020 anymore. People aren't just buying cars. We have to be creative. So this is the strategy to help Dennis deal in Nissan in Idaho the past 30 days to do 35, 000 worth of gross profit from 3K invested in the system. This is their first month with us and they're already seeing a 10x ROI. We talked about that earlier, guys. Our systemize, our system optimizes over time and generally we look at the campaigns on a 90 day basis as these campaigns do take time to fully optimize and come to fruition. The day you plant the tree is not the day you eat the fruit. Okay. The day you get the soil laid in the garden is not the day that you see something sprouting up. You know, there's a, the advertising is a lot like a garden. We're planting the seeds, we're, we're preparing the soil, we're picking the weeds, we're watering it and we're giving it time to grow. And we know when the right season comes, we will reap the harvest. Okay? This is a marathon, not a sprint. That's why most business owners fail with ads. Okay? Type 5 user generated super viral ad strategy. Look at these comments, guys. Okay? So this guy's created a whole Persona for himself. He's a beast. Shout out to you, David. You are excellent at what you do. So proud to work with you and your team over there at Garden City. You guys are, are epic and amazing. So look at these comments, guys on the left hand side. This ad went viral and multiple ads, like over five ads that we've ran for this guy have gone viral. And you can see people are commenting and saying, gotta say, David and his team helped me a lot. Never got and, and got me into a vehicle. They go above and beyond. I've never had a bad experience. This is my third vehicle with them. I call him the car doctor. He's amazing. Kind of got me and my husband into a vehicle and we thought it would never happen. We're so grateful. My brother David, been dealing with him for years. So like guys, if you have somebody that's, you know, does really good and is known in your community, you put him behind a video, you get them saying the right scripts. We've got all the proven scripts. We'll work with your guys to teach them how to like present themselves on video and how to push it out there and how to get over the fear of doing this. Because everybody says, oh, I can't do this dude, you have to. Do you want to sell more cars or not? Just shut up and pull your phone out and put it in front of your face and say the right things like I'm doing right to you. Not right now. Okay? It's uncomfortable. But you get better with the time, right? So we'll help, we'll help you guys with that. But that's what we do with David. He was already skilled on camera. We gave him some prompts and, and some scripts and he was able to just run with it. And now he's going absolutely viral. We've helped him double his car sales with, from what he was doing before and he's getting deals he would have never otherwise got from areas that he never heard of card shells coming from before. So you can see that he's getting all these comments. Look. 77 likes, 21 comments, 8 shares this is another ad over here. 23 comments, 13 shares 85 likes there's another one over here, 77 or wait. Yeah, that's the same one. But yeah, so we're showing people the opportunity and then we also work with, we, we bring on actors and we hire actors to act on your behalf and to represent your dealership and to either put out a plain Jane offer like any of the offers we've been talking about above, or to actually pose as a previous sold customer and just giving that local short form social media view. You know, when people can actually see a, a, you know, person that's it's going to be talking on your dealership's behalf that's going to be telling them about the sales cycle, what the experience was like. It's just going to build more trust. And what we found is this is actually a great way for you to generate more know like and trust factor. And so David says that he's got people showing up to the dealership every day saying that's the guy, that's the guy from the video. And he's like, oh okay, you know, you Guys are strangers, but they know me. Hey, how you doing? And then it's a way easier deal. You'll find that you're. Your lead cost may slightly go up because it filters out. People are like antennas. When you start putting video content out there, you're going to resonate with certain people that you resonate with and other people are going to fall off. That's what I believe and that's what I've seen in my own business. So when you run these ads, you're going to start attracting more like minded people and you're going to see your lead quality, quality shoot up. The cost may go up a little bit, but the quality is going to make up for that. And then also your appointment show rate is going to go up way significantly. You're not going to have to do as much to get leads in. And when you jump on calls with them or you are texting with them, you're going to feel this sense of they already know you and they're way more comfortable with you. So you run the ads and the videos and you spell out your process super, super clear. And this is just such a great strategy, guys. It's, we're doing this for all of our clients and it's so helpful. So it's authentic, it's relatable, it resonates with potential customers. Viral campaigns can significantly increase brand visibility and reach broader audience. Once they start going, they just don't stop. And we keep putting dollars behind them and they keep bringing customers and you keep booking more cruises and going on yachts and doing your rich dealership owner stuff because you are doing so well. That's what these ads have the power to do for you guys. By encouraging customers to participate, you create a sense of community and loyalty around your dealership. Guys, it's 2023. People hate buying cars. I'm sorry, but it's true. True. They hate car dealerships. They hate going there and having some junior P sales guy walk up to your car and just hey, how are you doing? And it's like, just give me some space, let me see what you got at your dealership. And so this gives you the opportunity to show people the process and generate high quality inbound leads and people that actually want to do business with you. I know you guys all hate Carvana. I do too. But here's the thing. This is what helped them to crush Carvana runs ads. Super high quality video ads that show people a different kind of car buying experience. They focus on digital retailing, which we're about to go into. And yes, they were down, they were losing money for a long time. But in August 2023 their stock was up 52% just last week. Why? I don't know. Maybe because people like buying cars from them. I know that they have been over allocating at the auctions. I know that they went bankrupt. I know that the guy that started as a crook. I'm not saying that they're a great model, okay, they're not making a lot of profit, but they are making sales and they're making sales that you and I aren't. And we need to be, we need to take the market back. We need to take advantage of these modern tools. They're using quality video ads on YouTube, TikTok, you know, every social media platform and they're beating you because they're just offering customers what they want. Shop for a car from your house, skip the dealership hassle. And most of this guys with online tools can be done online. Okay? So you need to be thinking about this a lot. You need to just get over the fear of videos and you need to get in front of them. The, the only cons of this is achieving viral success can be unpredictable and may not happen for every campaign. You may make a video that you really like and it flops. And on the flip side you may have a video that you hate and it just skyrockets. And so like it's easy to have two, three videos in a row that don't quite go the way you expect them and then to feel like, ah, this strategy sucks. Another thing we tried that didn't work. It's like, no, it's gonna work. But there's, there's a way to actually test your ads to see where the drop off points are. So then you can actually see, okay, well people resonate with this part of the, the message. But this is a drop off and sometimes it can be something in the video that you do that just throws people off like so it's, it's not anything to take personal. It's a scientific approach to testing and you just have to get it out there. Once you have a message that's resonating, double down on that. So let's see. Of course, just like the happy customer ads. While viral campaigns can bring widespread attention, converting leads and actual sales may require a lot of additional effort and follow up just like, like you know, any other car sale should require. So just be ready for that. You know these people are going to come in, they're still going to need you to connect with them, learn their, their wants, desires, their fears and needs, their goals, and help them to bridge the gap. All right, so this is the same system that helped a New York CDJR franchise store to add an extra 150,000 in the past 90 days with less than $10,000 invested into the system. These are the results from April, May and June. Total ad budget we spent just under 7, $500 to generate 1700 leads. At an average of $4. 37 per lead. We generated 272 appointments at an average of $28 per appointment. We had 72 appointments. Show cost per show was about a hundred bucks, which we got 75 plus of those approved and the cost per approval was about 100 bucks. And we did 40 sales off of that because we didn't have enough inventory to do the, the 75 sales. So we missed out on a lot of those. And I think we were able to close some of those in last month. It's the beginning of August right now, so I got to check with my client how last month went. But yeah, so we, we ran out of inventory, so we only did 40 deals. But that still puts us at a cost per acquisition of $186. And the gross average profit these days, these guys are doing about 3, 850, $400. And so their total gross is $152,000. And they made a 20x ROI. So how we did this on the front end is by leveraging salesman generated content to utilize a customer Persona like the loner Ranger or the, the bankruptcy loan Batman or you know, like the, you know, the, the credit approval, whatever, you know, like something fun, something trendy. You guys all have, you know, some creative salesman or you know of something or you've heard of something run with that, you know, and, and you run that across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, YouTube, you can as well to build trust and awareness in the local area, plus give more access. And there's something to be said about showing face in the community in a combination with simple ads, with velocity and creative testing on direct call to actions. We send them to a landing page that is dialed for converting applications and booking appointments. Then we make sure that no lead is left behind by utilizing our automated text email, ringless voicemail system, sending in replies, inbound calls, and keeping prospects warm. This is a mixture of type 1, type 3, and type 5 that help us turn our clients $1 into $20 consistently over the last 90 days. So this is a mixture of pretty much all of the different Types. We've got the happy customer images, the sell your car campaigns, and the user generated content. Oh, not the sell your car campaigns, excuse me, the financing campaigns. Type three. That's what we did for them. Okay, so this is digital retailing, broker style style, full transparency. This isn't one of my ads. This is one of my favorite marketers in the dealership space. This guy's up in Canada, he crushes it. Driving with Steve. Shout out to you if you're seeing this. I hope that you don't hate me for using your ad because it is awesome and I appreciate it a lot. So for dealerships that are doing broker style or digital retailing, this guy goes, why pay full price for a new car when you can find a great deal on a used X rental car? He walks around X rental cars and he's like, yo, these are awesome, awesome. And these can get you a great price. And he generates leads in a very unique strategy. So I like that a lot. Here's another one that's offering a more basic approach. This is not my ad either. For full transparency. We do have clients that are doing this up in Canada, but I just didn't want to use his ads for whatever reason. But yeah, so these guys, when it comes to car buying, we take it personally. Buy and sell completely online. Get the vehicle you want delivered to your door, check them out. They're kind of like a brokerage and, and they are, you can't even test drive the cars. You have to buy it before you see it and then they have like 30 days to return it or something like that. So interesting. You know, it's worth trying. You know, you can get a digital desking tool, you can get all the paperwork uploaded online. It's, it's worth building out for sure. And it's, it's the direction that people are going and it's what Carvana does. And so even if you don't have everything built out, you can just tell people, hey, shop online. Just tell me exactly what you're looking for or I'll send you back options via text and then you can come in and you can buy with us that way. And, and that's just a good way to just to start, you know. So get behind that, get fully behind it and yeah, yeah, try it out. The, the cool part about this is it guides customers through the entire car buying journey. It includes options for virtual test drives, online financing and, and transparent pricing. It sets you apart in the market and it attracts tech savvy shoppers. The one Thing, you know, so it's best for people that want to offer a seamless online car buying experience to customers. It appeals to clients looking for an efficient customer centric process that simplifies purchasing a vehicle. So, you know, one thing about this, the cons is that a lot of people still want to come into a dealership. I, I know that a lot of people think they don't, but they still do. A lot of people want to feel, test drive, see the cars, feel them and get behind the wheels. So it's not to say that you should move your whole model to this, this, but it is an option, especially if you're in a rural area where you have a wide base of people. Like, you know, if you're in Montana and you got a lot of like farmers and oil money up there and stuff like that, people are more spread out, then this is a really great option. You can even deliver your cars to people. And it's, and it's a, it's a lot easier because if it's a low mile car, you can just sell people on the fact that hey man, this is a, this is a 40,000 mile car. It's a single owner vehicle, it's a previous rent rental. Like we can literally get this for you and it's going to be this much down and it's not gonna have any problems. And it's still under factory warranty. So if you have any problems in 30 days you can return it. But you know, XYZ and you can figure out your own terms with that. But those are some ideas too to set yourself apart. These are the bonuses, guys. These are the bonuses. That's why these, you know, that wasn't directly my strategy that I'm running. I already gave you guys all my sauce. These are some other strategies that we've tapped into as well and we get results with these. But I'm just sharing everything I got with you guys. Like I, I hope that if we don't end up working together, you can take just one piece of this and implement this and use this to have success in your dealership. Okay? Completely free, no obligation. Right? So don't copy and paste my ads directly and don't repurpose them. And you know, you're not directly allowed to use my ads. This is a free strategy. You can recreate them in your own way. But yeah, I'd prefer you to not copy and paste the same exact thing because that would be, make you kind of elusive user. So another thing that you can do is Spanish ads. If you are running ads and reaching out to Hispanics, people that speak Spanish, Latinx market, people from Central America, South America, or people that's first language is Spanish that live in the United States. The benefit to targeting these types of people in the United States is a lot of times their phones are still in Spanish. And so it's really easy for the platforms to actually target them because you can just click a little button when you're running the ad and target all the people in Spanish and then you just translate your whole ad over or have your team do it and then you just run that and you have the whole system in Spanish and then you start generating a whole flood of new customers. And with this, we see a lot of really low lead costs, we see a lot of really high response rates. And the only thing is making sure that you're really clear with your qualifications. As far as what they need is the itin number going to work to can they do it solo com passport day? Like what do they need exactly. That needs to be clear on the front end in order for them to be able to know what they can approve. But the cool thing with these customers is, you know, Latinos like to work with Latinos. They don't really want to buy from the big gringo dealerships. They're afraid to be ripped off as they should be. You know, you want to buy with people that you know like and trust and people that speak your same language. So if you're not doing this and you're working primarily with Spanish speaking customers, you need to do this. This. I have many people on my team that's first language is Spanish. So they translate everything over for us and they take into account different dialects. Depending on what part of the United States you're in, is different kinds of, you know, factors as far as how the language is spoken and words that may be in one area that aren't in others. So we factor all that in, we do market research in your area and then we launch those campaigns and we have a ton of success with it. Okay? Okay. Bonus number three. I told you guys I was only offering two bonuses, but I'm giving you three guys. If this doesn't show you enough to book a call with me and buy my stuff, then it's not meant to be and that's all. Right. Right. So I hope that you can see the value in this. Right? This is, this isn't just another factory line, you know, copy and paste, run a bunch of ads for you. We make every ad campaign custom and we make every ad strategy custom, custom. So we'll do a blend of these types, but we write out the messaging custom for you, we work to do research in your area and, and we make sure that it actually applies to you. So it's not just copy and paste the strategy and then rock. It's that we're going to use these tools in the toolbox to help you get the ultimate result that you're looking to get. You know, you can't show up to a job site if you're working construction with just a hammer and a screwdriver. No, you're going to need other tools. You're going to need a whole bunch of stuff. You're going to need a ruler, you're going to need a, you know, like I'm not in construction, so I don't know. But you're going to need a whole tool back, bro. Like you're not going to be able to get away with just one tool. And that's what so many dealerships get wrong. They just show up to the job site. It's a big job. We have, we have to sell a lot of cars. You've got a lot of inventory. We've got millions of dollars on the line, floor pans, fees, staff grosses. We got to pay out so much money to these marketing vendors that aren't producing results, results. And you need to keep in mind that this stuff is, has to be done right. You know, you can't just show up at the job site with one tool. You need to have all the tools. You need to have everything going and you need to have the right system that's working together. So the last bonus that I have for you guys and then we're going to wrap this up. Thank you for your time. I hope this has been epically and impactful and, and that we get in touch from this. And so yeah, so these are event ads. These aren't my favorite fully transparent. I've heard that guys get away with doing these and have a lot of success. You run these super flashy, super in your face, bold emojis, crazy ads with crazy headlines and crazy banners and, and, and you get a bunch of appointments in there and you run a bunch of money behind it. That's what most people do with the event ads. They just like, they'll pour just like 5k in two weeks and just like book a calendar full and then they'll get like 5% show rate, you know, because they're just like grinding. And this is a good strategy to, to Push some car sales, if that's what you're looking for, quickly. But you have to be able to, you know, convert those and you have to make sure that your effort's worth it. So I like to scale the budget up. I like to start out with something that makes sense and then get you making profit and then get you scaling up. But if you've got a bigger budget, you've got more goals. Goals, you can just go for it. Okay? You can totally just go for this. All right, guys, if this has been useful to you, you should take the natural next step and join the shift social scale program. We got a lot of promos going on and we got a lot of different services and packages for you. An all inclusive package. What are the details? When you work with us, you get daily follow up coaching. Because here's the thing, guys, all of these ads are great, but here's the thing, you can pour thousands of leads on a business and it's all about what you do with the leads. If you don't follow up with the, if you don't connect with the people, they're not going to buy. Here's the thing. How many of you have ever been to a sandwich shop where the waitress is chewing gum or she doesn't fill your water fast enough and the food isn't that good and the experience overall wasn't great and so you end up not going back there. Maybe you even leave a bad review. Maybe even tell your friend that it's. That it's not a great place to go. Okay? This happens with car dealerships all the time. Like, you guys just think that since somebody showed up up, they should just naturally want to buy a car from you. And it's like, no, you have to take a deep look in the mirror and a deep look at your process. Look at your reviews over the years and ask yourself, like, where are our opportunities to improve? Because if you're dropping the ball on follow up, even if your, your front desk staff just isn't welcoming enough, like people are looking to spend a lot of money with you, you need to treat them fairly. You need to treat them with the right attitude. You need to come at them with the right energy, okay? So the follow up is everything. You have to make sure that your follow up's on point. Point. We actually have a program in the scale program which is all inclusive and it includes daily follow up coaching. Okay? We have a proven lead follow up playbook and we teach your guys how to follow up. We track all their calls, we Record them and we review them together and we provide scripts and help you to manage your leads better. Okay, get more leads in the door off the same ad spend. What you also get is all five ad types and a custom strategy. We will implement all five of these ad types for you at the same time if you have the budget to support that and if it makes sense with the type of dealership you are. If you're more of a niche down dealership, it might make sense to just focus on one type and then really build around that. So we'll get a proven follow up or a proven strategy for you. Custom strategy based on your needs, goals and budget. Market everything like that. You'll get access to a bulletproof follow up system. Not just the daily follow up coaching, but we also implement and install a proven follow up system into your dealership. So this is going to be a system that follows up via call, text and email 24, 7, 365. You never have to worry about contacting all these leads right off the bat. We talk, we text every lead within one minute and we make sure that no lead slips through the cracks. And if they don't respond to our campaigns and they go ghost on us, we're going to follow up with them for 365 days of a drip marketing campaign to make sure they never slip through the cracks. If you pay for them, we want to convert them. We would rather them say no than just sit there and sit idle. Okay, idle hands are the devil's playground. Let's make them make a decision. Right. It's going to be about 3k 3 to 5k per month all in starting out guaranteed car sales and return on investment. Okay, we've got some other promos and stuff going on guys right now, but if you're not looking to spend at least 3k a month and invest it on your marketing, this is going to be really hard to do successfully. You know, you got to look at your gross profit average, average. If you're offering, if you're averaging 2 to 3k gross profit per deal, it's only going to take you three to four deals to double your money. It's only going to take you five to six deals to to get a 3x ROI. And off of this system it's not unlikely for people to do 10, 15, 20 deals or at least do some high grossing deals and make the whole thing pan out and be 10x ROI within the first 30 days. Now that doesn't always happen, but our goal is to make you profitable Right away, day, in the first 30 days. So then the program pays for itself. I never want to be an expense. I want to be in the green for you, and I want to keep you green. But of course, it's not a magic pill. It's just like the stock market. You might get in in a low month when people aren't buying as many cars, and then you might struggle a little bit to get your first deals in. But the system's going to optimize itself over time. We're going to optimize it with our work, and we're going to make sure that it goes better. So schedule a time for a free social media ads audit here on this page, right here. Or there's a link. Link at the top as well. And I appreciate you guys getting on the call today. So I hope that this helped and I hope that this gave you some ideas and some actionable steps that you can take to scale your dealership. Just make sure and open and open the link to book a call with me and I will see you in the call. Full transparency before you go. I'm looking for dealerships that have the capacity to handle an extra 20 to 30 deals per month. Month. With bigger budgets that want to really scale behind this proven ad system. I really believe in what I do, and I believe in the right hands, it can significantly impact your dealership, your auto group, or your entire franchise across the board. Like, if a huge store were to implement this like a brand, the whole thing would be done deal. We know how to make the best ads. I've been doing this a long time. My competitors can't do what I do. Stop paying people that have never desked a deal, who have never sold cars. I still sell cars to this day. I still buy cars to this day. I got my start selling cars. I didn't choose marketing agency for dealerships out of a hat. While I was living in my mom's basement, I was detailing cars and needed to sell cars, working to sell cars. And I built the system for myself that I needed for myself way back then. And I figured everything out. This was back in 2019, 2018, 2019. And then Covid happened and then the dealership. I got into another dealership, installed the system for them. First three weeks, they sold 12 cars. They asked me like, hey, Nate, is this even legal? Like, where did you get these leads? And I said, of course it is. You don't have to worry about that. And they've been a client ever since. So, guys, I built this whole business on results. That's all I have for you. That's all I have to show you. These strategies mean nothing if you don't do anything with them. So. So go to my page, schedule a call with me, and let's get these installed in your dealership today. Thank you so much for your time. I'm out.
