Hey, Zoya, great question, by the way. How do you land a high ticket sales job in 2026? I'm gonna tell you exactly how to do it. Great question. This right here is probably everyone's problem. There's three things I say you gotta do to change your life. And I remember I was a new salesman, so I didn't know any better.
Are you on trt?
We are. Elliot Barley.
All right, we got six Sala with the first question. It's gonna be favorite memory working in the car business.
Number one, I remember whenever car salesmen are sitting in front of the dealership, they live and die by the gate. That's where people pull in, and this guy pulls in. There's this truck. It is nasty, disgusting, blowing smoke out of the back. I mean, literally, if you were gonna bid this truck, like, value it, it'd be like he would owe us money to take it. That's how crappy this truck was. And I remember watching this guy pull in, and he drove around the lot, like, four times. No one's gonna talk to this guy. Everyone's thinking in their head, like, you know what I mean? I'm not wasting my time with that guy. And I remember I was a new salesman, so I didn't know any better, right? I didn't know to prejudge people. I didn't have all the bad habits as the other guys. And so I run out there, man, I hope you have the best day of your life. It's Andy. You know, I'm doing what we were trained to do and no one else did it. I remember after a couple minutes of talking to the guy, the guy reaches into his truck and pulls out this bag of cash. There had to been at least 600 grand in this bag. I mean, literally, I'd never seen that much money before. I was probably 20 years old. And we had this Avalanche. It was a Z66 package. Plus, like, it had a custom. Like, I don't even remember what it was, but it was like, just a tricked out custom package, like maybe one of 30. And he goes, I want to buy that Avalanche. I had no idea what the price of this truck was, but the guy said, hey, I want to drive it. If I like it, I'll buy it. I run into my manager, and I'm like, dude, this guy's got a bag full of cash right now. This. He's like, that guy ain't got no money. Get him out of here. And he. He's like, you're damn sure not letting him drive that truck, I got the whole dealership against me. Like, my general manager is like, you let that guy drive this truck, you're fired. So I go out there with the guy and I tell him, I say, hey, listen, my manager, I just told him the truth. Said, my manager said, there's no way you can afford this truck. I said, can you walk in here with me with that bag of cash so we can get the keys together? We do. We walk in there, and my manager quickly runs over to the key drawer, pulls a key out, hands it to me that quick. When I come back, I've got. We go on this test drive with this man. It's very nice, man. Every salesperson is standing out front literally waiting to see what's about to go down. The guy goes, I'll take it. As soon as we get out of the truck, I walk straight into the general manager's office. And the guy goes, how much? He didn't even ask me. My general manager is right there, and my general manager gave him a number. And the guy goes, count it out. I need to be out of here in 10 minutes. My general manager threw out a very hypothetical number. It was about three times more than what the car was worth. And I think they were just, just playing games. Like everybody was playing games except me. And the guy paid for the truck. There was no financing. There was no nothing. The perception is that the guy, what the truck was worth was whatever he had just won the lottery. Is what happened that crazy? The guy literally just won the lottery. The money meant nothing to him. That was his dream truck. He didn't want the money. He wanted that truck. He was willing to trade every bit of money in that bag for that truck. He had won that money. He traded that money for that truck. I got paid the biggest commission of my life as a new salesperson because I did my job when everyone else prejudged, including upper management. That grows today in that dealership. Over a hundred years that store has been open. My name is still on the sign for the biggest commission because I didn't over judge the person and I did my job, not crazy.
We got Zoya with the second question. It's going to be, how do I land a high ticket sale sales job in 2026?
Hey, Zoya, great question, by the way. How do you land a high ticket sales job in 2026? I'm gonna tell you exactly how to do it. So number one, sales equals commissions, commissions equals freedom. And plus, if you want to be free, you're not going to go in and clock in and clock out somewhere. So to me, I would recommend working for a coaching company. Listen, let me explain this to you. You can literally work from anywhere in the world. I said anywhere in the world. No one can put their thumb on you. You don't clock in, you don't clock out. There's leads that come in daily. These people won't help you get to help people. The cool thing is as you want, and it's heaven on earth. You're helping people and getting paid. It's unreal. Plus, you don't have to fulfill any of the work because that's the coach's job to do that. So you don't even have to do it all. You have to understand the program, understand what problems they solve, understand what your customers are struggling with. And then here is where they're at. A, and this is where they want to go B, and then the coaching program is the bridge that gets them from here to here. And you're the one commuting that, cating that to the customer. You're selling that and you're actually getting people to believe in themselves and take the next step to changing their life. Isn't that cool? These jobs typically pay really good money, especially if you find the right company, like maybe like my company, but I'm sure there's other good companies out there and it pays you really, really good money. A lot of my coaches will earn anywhere from low six figures to seven figures plus. And so if you say, hey, I want to make really good money, how do I do it? With high ticket sales in 2026, I would say become a coach salesperson in the coaching industry. You don't have to fulfill. All you got to do is sell. You can do it from anywhere and you can do it from all around the world. And I call that heaven on earth. That's how I make a lot of money and crush it in high ticket sales in 20. Also super important, I hire all the time. If you have the same standards that I live by and you want to Crush that in 2026, I'll put a link below, click on that and I'll reach out to you.
All right, Andy, we got Carlo and he's going to be asking about identity. You talk about identity all the time. And what would be the first steps that you would take into changing your identity or just getting on the right path?
Carlo, great, great question. This right here is probably everyone's problem. There's three things I say you got to do to change your Life. Change your identity. Change your perspective. Change your belief. Those three things you just said, how do I change my identity? Well, number one, everything that you've seen in your life, everything that you've lived through in your life, everything that you've been a part of, everything that you've done has programmed you to become who you are right now. Period. End of story. I don't care how old you are now, we got to reprogram you, okay? There's a pattern that's going on in your life and it's gone on forever now. It's like a record. You don't have record. Remember in the old days had record players. You got to scratch that record, you got to break the pattern like now. And so you say, how do you do it? Well, I want you to write down who do you want to be. Forget who you are. We're going to tell yourself a lie right now. Future truth. In the future, who do you want to be? How do they behave? How do they act? How do they treat people? What do they look like? Okay, we're going to write all this down and you're literally going to practice becoming that person right now. We're going to practice becoming that person every second of every day, over and over and over and over and over. We're going to think like them, act like them, believe like them. And you know what happens even though that it's a lie today that when we're acting like this, we're not them. Future truth. We're going to wake up and we're not going to be telling a lie soon. And we are that person. And that's how you alter and rebuild a new person. Reinvent yourself, recreate yourself and build a new identity.
All right Andy, what is the best advice you would give a 15 year old who is learning one to one closing?
All right, great question by the way. Not even just for a 15 year old, but for anyone in the world. If you were to learn how to do one to one closing, it's very simple. The only way you're ever going to get good at sales or closing is by repetition. That's the only thing. I've got a book, it's called the 50 Books of Deadly closes. Alright? This book right here, all someone has to do is literally memorize the word play the way I played my words when I closed all the deals I've closed over the last 27 years. And so if you were saying, hey Andy, I'm 15 years old and be a great closer, I would give you this book, I would literally have you sit down and learn each close one by one. Number one, how you learn, how you memorize, how you become a deadly closer, is that you don't kind of learn the words that I teach you. You learn them word for word. These words were placed in order for a sin, my son. They're placed in order for a reason, to advance the self word, to reframe the client, to think differently, to believe different, which will allow them to act differently. Remember, if someone feels differently, if they feel they will think differently, that will make them act differently. Feel, think, act. Does that make sense? That's what great closers do. All right, now how do we learn these word tracks? Number one, you're going to take a word track. I don't care how long it is, maybe one paragraph, maybe it's two sentences. And you want to literally take the word track over here and you want to write it down, and then we'll write it down again, and then you want to write it down again, and you want to write it down anywhere between seven to 10 times. And what happens on about the seventh or the 10th time, your brain skips ahead and says, hey, I know this. Another way to do this is that let's say there's a paragraph and it's got a hundred words on it. Read the word track and then take a black sharpie and black out one word, read it again, black out two words, read it again, black out three words. And if there's a hundred words, by the time you read it your hundredth time, each time you read it, you had blacked out a word. On the hundredth time you read it, the whole page is blacked out and you know it. That is a hack. That's something that a 15 year old can do. That's something anyone can do. And so once you know that, then you practice the tonality, you practice the delivery, right? Because remember, the things that separates everybody is the way they deliver information. So once you know the information out, now you got to deliver it. You got to use tonality. You got to believe people got to be able to look in your eyes and see that, man, you believe this, that you know this to be true. And when that conviction is high and you're sold on that, people become sold on what you're selling. Remember what I said? If you're not sold on it, no one else is going to become sold on it. The biggest sell you'll ever make in your life, the biggest close that you'll ever make in your life. Along with learning those word tracks and delivering them right. Is becoming closed, that this is going to close every single person you talk to. And if you believe that, they'll believe it, and they'll close.
All right, Andy. So we have body of Gratitude. And what they were asking was, what is your favorite Billy Graham sermon?
Body of gratitude channel. Love that. Great question. So I listen to Billy Graham every morning. The gym. I know that sounds a little bit crazy, but I feed my soul and my mind. There's actually one of my favorite videos. You guys can see it right here. This is awesome. It says, when God is about to restore all your wasted years, man. Best video in the world. You guys should go look it up on YouTube right now. I have listened to this video thousands of times. I can say it word for word. At 39 years old, I totally changed my life. I've been reborn many different times in my life. At 18, I found cells. I killed off the old me, and I went into sales, which would change my life. And then the thing that changed my life in 2019, I was 39. Was actually the thing that almost ruined my life because I just got so heavy into it. I thought business was the most successful thing that I had to have. And I realized that my definition of success needed to change and my intentions needed to change from I want to make money. Do I want to help people? And listening to this message really helped me understand that everything that happened during those 39 years was taking me to become the man that I am today. And honestly, I couldn't be who I am today. I couldn't be this guy today that's a great husband, great father. I'm 46 years old. I'm ripped, shredded, greatest shape of my life. I have a spirit that flows through my body 24 7, 365. That is of God. Every success that I have in my life is not from me. It is from him, and he does it through me. I could not be taking on this calling that I. That I have on my life today. Have I not went through those first 39 years of molding and breaking and being refined by the fire? And a lot of us, when we have pressure on us, right? And reason why I love this video is that right now you get some pressure on you. You're feeling like God, please take this away from me. No, Right now, he's breaking you. He's remolding you. He's shaping you. He's literally. It's the refiner's fire, right? He's burning off all the blemishes in your life so that you could really shine like gold. And that's so amazing. And during the process, we're like, take us out. Take us out. And he's like, I thought you wanted the big life. I thought you wanted to be counted on for a big life. I thought you were praying for a big life. Well, now I have to take you through the process, so when I take you to that life, you don't ruin it. And so as I watch this video, it reminds me this. Those 39 years, they weren't wasted, those 39 years. And I don't know how old you are right now and what part of your life you aren't proud of, but what happened to you was the best thing that ever happened to you. And when you watch this video, that you'll understand that, man. This video right here, really excited explains what God was doing to me all of those years and what he's about to do to me now. God is about to rise you up and show the world how good he is for people like us. Isn't that cool? You guys need to chew this video up. Watch it a thousand times. It's my favorite Billy Graham video. And if I say it's life changing, get in there, chew it up, it will change your life.
All right, Andy, next question is. How do you decide which people can stay in your life and which one's gotta go?
Okay, great question. First of all, a lot of people talk about, like, time management. Like, gotta manage your time, right, if you want to, you know, like, go far in life and stuff. Yeah, I love that. Like, I get. A lot of people are distracted, they waste time. But energy management, this is freaking huge. This isn't talked about enough. Energy management. There's these. I call them energy vampires, right? And there's people that literally bring infectious energy to your life. They're magnetic, they're hungry, they're not toxic. These people, when you're around them, they just want you to win. They're always, you know, driven. They see perspectively all the good that's in the world and not the negativity. They have high beliefs. They have a good identity, who they are and what we're going after. And their tensions are good. Their heart is great. And then there's the opposite. There's those other people and there's those energy vampires. And you only get so many matches in a day. Let's see, you got 10 matches every day, man. And every time one of these people run into you, you know who they are right now, right? You're thinking about that person right now as I'm talking to you. Every time you come talk to them, and they literally just lighten a match. They want to talk about your old past. They want to talk about what's not working. They talk about everything they see wrong. They're always complaining, always whining, always crying. These people don't challenge you and make you better. These people want to sit there and sit in the victimhood. I am out. I think right now, you got to look in your life and you got to do an audit, personal audit. Look in the mirror and say, hey, where are the places I'm going to go? And where am I not going to go? Who am I going to hang out with? Who am I not going to hang out with? And then who am I going to be? And who am I not going to be? Sometimes you don't always need to know who you want to be. You need to know who you're not going to be. And as you're going to say, like, I'm not going to be like that. All those people that you don't want to be like, those people cannot be in your life. Okay? But then you're always like, well, this guy grew up with me, so, like, you know, I got to be loyal to him. He's been loyal to me. No, that person was with you for a time in your life when you weren't trying to chase a big life, when you weren't trying to become who you are now. That person fit in your life. And that person now when you changed, they're like, man, change. What's your problem? No, you've grown, and you cannot grow with that person in your life. So that person was not meant for this next chapter of your life. So right now you look in your mirror and say, hey, who are those next chapter people that I'm ready to roll with? And those. Who are those people that were made for the last chapter of this book, but they can't make it into the next chapter? That's how you know.
All right, Andy, we got another question. This one's going to be two parts from Chaz. It's going to be, what is your daily eating plan? And then cheat day meal.
All right, Chaz, great question, brother. I love that. Number one, if you want to get in good shape and you want to not carry that body fat around and really, like, have a body you're proud of, you know, bodies are made in the kitchen. So the question you just asked tells everybody how to get a great, great body, by the way, I want to say something really quick. You also got to train hard, okay? You can't exercise like you're in a nursing home. I walk into the gym sometimes in the morning, I literally see people that are working out, and I'm just like, dude, you're exercising like an old lady in a nursing home. No disrespect to the nursing homes. I love you guys, but like, but like, if you can train, train hard, train hard, okay? Now with that hard training, now the food will do its part, okay? I don't consume anything in my body that isn't good for me. All right? I want you to understand something. What does that mean? I take in caffeine. That's the worst thing that I can take in my body, and I freaking love it. I'm a psychopath. I run 18 hours a day. I love caffeine. And if that's the death of me, then that's the death of me. How do I build the body? Well, number one, protein. High protein foods. I don't take in a lot of carbs. I know people tell you that, you know, carbs and fats are good. I always said this. If you eat fats, you're going to get fat. I know there's people that are going to watch. You got to eat fats, you got to eat fats. I just don't like eating a lot of fats. I really don't. I know my body personally. This isn't what I'm telling you to do. I'm telling you what I do. I don't eat a lot of fat, okay? I don't like to take in a lot of carbs. If I do, I take in some white rice post workout, and then I'll eat some sweet potatoes. A half of one, maybe once a day. I love high protein meals, okay? Fish, chicken, steak, turkey. That's all I eat. That's it. I consume the hell out of it. And then also another thing. A lot of you guys right now, like, I want to lose some weight on a good shape. Stay hungry longer. Stay hungry longer. A lot of you eat because you're bored. You really are. You're bored. So you're like, oh, I got to eat again. No, you don't, dude. You don't need to eat for three days, okay? Like, for real, let's get truthful. You don't need to eat for three days, okay? Let's let your body eat up some of that fat. You're not gonna die. I know. This, I don't think you're gonna die, but you're not. And so anytime that like I have like been on the road traveling and I haven't been able to eat as clean as I want, literally I'll be like, okay. And I always correct with this, I'm like, okay, tomorrow I'm not gonna eat all day long, but at 4 o' clock I'm gonna, I'm gonna pound a big steak. That's it. And I'm done for the day. I'll eat like three big fillets and then the next day I'll eat another big round of fillets and then I'll crush a protein drink. This is day two at night and I will have my first meal till about 4 o'. Clock. That'll reset my whole body and kill out anything in my body, by the way. Drink a gallon of water a day. Okay, so a lot of you know how I eat. I'm high protein, not a lot of fats, not a lot of carbs. But let's walk through what it looks like for me in a day. Number one, I crush the gym in the morning. We all know that all winners are smashing that gym for two hours every morning and we're paying the rent when I get out of there. My first meal is usually oatmeal, about a third of a cup and then two scoops of protein powder, 25 grams each. And I stir it up, that's 50 grams of protein, small amount of protein. And I stir it all together with my oatmeal, right? So get some good tasting protein powdered mix in there and it's going to be a little weird the first time, but I promise you you're going to be like, like it's just fuel about two hours later after that. I always crush red meat. Normally it's about, it's around noon now I'm eating about an 8 ounce filet. It's lean filet and I just crush it. I love red meat early in the day it takes longer to digest, so I'm not one to throw that in me at the end of the day. Personally to me, I feel better eating earlier in the day and then my next meal, turkey, chicken or white fish. And then I usually end the day, sometimes I'll get some really healthy, low fat, no fat yogurt and I'll put some protein powder and mix it up or I'll just smash a protein drink or I'll just say like, I'm not going to eat anything tonight and I'm Just going to let my body burn through the night. Cheat meals. This is a big one, and a lot of people miss this. Okay. Do you deserve a cheat meal? A lot of people say, oh, yeah, I got to have two cheat meals a week, right? When you started a program, I'm like, dude, you don't even deserve a cheat meal yet. That's like just starting a business and saying, hey, I'm going to. I'm going to take off on the weekends. I'm sorry. As a new business owner, you don't get to take off on the weekends. You just started a brand new business. How about we earn the cheat meals? So anytime I start somebody and people like, yeah, but these people, they got to work their way into it. Bull crap. When a decision's made, a decision's made. Do you want to be in the best shape of your life? Okay? When you're sick and tired of your own crap, you quit eating freaking junk, okay? So the worst thing we want to do is tell someone that in their first week of dieting that they can start eating junk again. No ways, dude. We got to let them kick that crap. That's like saying, you're going to stop smoking, but I'm going to let you smoke twice a week still. It's like, is that going to make it easier or harder? And so when it comes to cheat meals, to me, my cheat meals are always after leg day. I want you to listen to me. I just. Because I smash legs, my body's burning so many calories. And plus, it's such a high. It's half my body. My body's like, dude, I need calories, man. I need. I need. I need fuel. I need to recover now. And so whatever I eat right after that, my body's going to chew it up. I don't care what it is. It could be 15 hamburgers. My body's going to kill it. And that's when I choose my. My cheat meal. And then my second cheat meal, if I was to do something else, would be if I take my wife out to dinner, which I take her on a date every week, I would literally take her out anywhere, and I would just make sure that wherever I'm at, my cheat meal would literally be fish, chicken, turkey, or steak. And then I would choose maybe an appetizer or something like that, which is not a big deal. It'll flush through me because I'm still eating clean. And I consider this a cheat meal. A lot of you consider this eating clean. And then I would say, whatever my Carb is. Is whatever I want. And by the way, I enjoy eating this way because I know what my body looks like. Plus, it makes me feel great. So don't trash your hard work that you've put in all week long because you throw in a thousand calories of junk, which literally throws off all the work you did all week long. It's like going out and drinking after working out all week long. That's absolutely stupid. So what do I do to stay in great shape? I'm not telling you what to do. That's what I do. And my body reacts really well with that. Net 46 years old. If it works for me, probably work for you.
All right, Andy, we're going to get into some sales. When you're selling, how do you find your customers pain?
Point. Okay, number one, great question. You'll always find these things by asking questions. Everybody knows. All great closers ask questions. A lot of the times. People that think they're good closers talk the whole time. And every time that you talk more than the client, the customer has something to disagree with and they won't buy. So if you want to find somebody's pain, you got to ask them questions. Hey, so number one, thank you so much for requesting some information on our product. Just before we get started real quick, I know that we can help you. What made you reach out today? What was the one thing that was bothering you today? Like you didn't reach out, you know, next week? You didn't reach out last week. You reached out today. What is it today that makes today different than any other day? What are you feeling? What are you going through? What are you frustrated with? What are you saying? Stuck with, you know, what is it that you want to solve for? And notice I like to do a multiple choice. What are you frustrated with? Where do you feel like you're stuck? And then what are you or what are you trying to solve for? When I say those things, someone will fill in the blank when they do that. Then all I do is I got to think about the solution that my product solves with that problem. And I'm going to leverage that the whole time. I'm going to continue to repeat that. Hey. Well, number one, 99% of our customers that do business with us, that's actually the same thing that they wanted to solve, and we've solved it for them. So that's amazing. That makes me feel really good about this call. How does that make you feel right now? Makes you feel great because, like, I'm just like, all the other customers that had success. Okay. And so you want to do that. I think that's the quickest way to find their pain. You don't have to guess. You don't have to go to sell the product. You're not selling benefits. You're not selling features. You're literally giving them the results that they want. People trade money for results, and the results is to take them from pain to happiness. And by asking the question, you'll know what to do. Hey, guys, thank you so much for watching the video. You're the true 1 percenter. How do I know that? Because most people, they never finish. Winners live where quitters quit. Most people didn't make it to the end, but you guys did. That's how I built my life. So I want to say thank you. Don't stop. Keep up the training. Remember, I asked share the video. Make sure that you guys subscribe to the channel so you get the newest stuff the fastest. Set up the notification so it hits you right away. And make sure you go right into another video. Nowhere else but with me, Andy Elliott.
