A brief conversational excerpt where one speaker describes building a client website and using Facebook groups in Nova Scotia to boost community engagement and visibility. The speaker outlines a low-key engagement strategy—observe for about a week, comment genuinely, answer questions, and ask for feedback—to build recognition rather than immediate leads.
What's the main focuses today for you guys?
I'm building out a website for a client right now and working on creating some community engagement through Facebook groups in Nova Scotia.
Facebook groups. If you could tap into them the right way, they're so profitable, it's crazy. Yeah, dude, totally. And what I like to do for Facebook groups to maximize the presence in there is I like to go in and for about a week, I won't post nothing. I'll comment, I'll scroll all the way down as far as I can go, and I'll just comment and I'll give my genuine, authentic thoughts with how it relates to whatever offer I have too. So I go in there groups act like a car dealership. I do still sell and buy cars. So, like, it. It works out really well. But I'll literally go in there and I'll just answer questions. If I know the answer, I'll ask questions of other guys. I'll ask for feedback. So that kind of engagement hasn't got me a lot of leads, but it's gotten me to where people know who I am.
