Nate Tilley goes undercover to a Rolex store wearing an obvious fake watch. The salesman never catches it, cleans it anyway, and pushes an exclusive waitlist instead of selling what's in stock.

Can you tell the difference between a real $150,000 Rolex and a fake? Entering the store, I'm immediately confronted by security. Once inside, a salesman locks onto me. I show him the fake Rolex my undercover cameraman is wearing and tell him that I want the same. And he said, we currently don't have that available. More than happy to register for a piece like that. The salesman takes us up into his private office to put my name on their exclusive waitlist. By selling the waitlist and not actual watches, Rolex tricks you into thinking they're exclusive. The salesman then offers to clean both of our watches, including the fake Rolex. He returns with them, and then this happens. You have X, the most classic. It's iconic. The fake Rolex went unnoticed.
