Nate Tilley shows how to use a smart contacts list to send targeted messages and exclude people who've opted out. The tool makes it fast to reach groups of contacts at once.
Can I go in here and send a text to everyone saying, hey, we got your information. Just want to let you know we have a July 4th event going on in which we're doing zero down and keeping your payment the same and upgrading a vehicle.
This is exactly how to do that. So we have a smart contacts list where all your contacts will live. These are all the contacts that you've got from the shift. Feel free to upload other contacts list and leverage the same technology for those. And sending out these blasts, this is how easy it is to send out a blast. Let's just say we want to target everybody except for the people that are on dnd that mark stop. They'll automatically, automatically be taken out. So you don't have to worry about them. You can target everybody. Anybody that messages stop will automatically be taken out.
