Nate Tilley breaks down a lead-generation sequence that contacts prospects daily for 7 days, then escalates through manager follow-ups and 14-day drips. If there's no response, a 365-day nurture cycle kicks in to reactivate the database and force a clear yes or no.

Basically what we do is we run one campaign over the first seven days, text and email every single day. Then after seven days we switch it from the frame of a manager and say, hey, this is the manager at the business name. I see that you have requested information. Has my team got a hold of you? Ask them that. A lot of times people will respond yet. No, I haven't got a hold of them. Thanks for reaching out, Mark. Whatever. Because they see this elevated frame through the manager and we'll send a couple texts in that they go over a week. Like a text every three days. He'll respond and be like, hey, just checking in on this. If nobody has called you yet, I've got a bone to pick with someone. You know, really acting like that manager that wants to make sure his team's doing the right thing. So you're tag teaming here. Then if they don't respond to that, we put them into a 14 day drip sequence. That's a couple texts every couple days, couple emails, couple double texts in there to really offset. If you clicked on my ad and I paid for you as a lead, I want you to either say yes or no. I don't want to waste time following up with you. So I go really aggressive in the first 30 days and then we start a 365 day email and text sequence with built in database reactivation for those leads.
