A brief YouTube Shorts clip by Nate Tilley giving practical checklist questions to ask before hiring a marketing agency — e.g., what guarantees they offer, their track record, whether you’re dealing with the CEO or a sales rep, and whether fulfillment is done in-house or white‑labeled overseas.
If you're thinking about hiring a marketing agency to do your advertising, here's some things you can consider. What kind of guarantees do they offer? What kind of track record do they have? Is this the CEO that you're talking with, or is it a sales rep? What does their fulfillment process look like? Do they do it in house or do they what's called white label it to someone overseas? Okay, these are all relevant questions that you should be finding out when hiring an agency. Sam.
