I read his book a million times. When I read it, I was like, this guy's crazy. I was like, okay, I need to be this crazy. I need to be this crazy. I need to play this way. And by the way, there's some things that I do that I learned in the book Relentless about the people that he coach. But I still do things differently, guys. I'm a killer, but I also love my team. I learned that a lot of these people, when they get in the zone, they fucking get cold hearted and black everybody out. Does that make sense? Why also go dark as shit? I also go black in my mind, but I also take care of my team because that's my job. And some of you, you go dark and you're like, f everybody. I gotta go hard. No, you don't. You protect your team. You have their back. You create loyalty. You create a brotherhood. You build a army. You guys all go dark together. That's the deal, okay? So I want to tell you something. This killer mindset, guys. The goal is to learn new shit so you can teach it to the people that are closest to you. And that you can build a tribe of people around you that have the same mindset. Okay? That's the key.
