This YouTube video (creator: Nate Tilley) gives a practical walkthrough of the Conversations tab for managing customer interactions. It advises starting with unread conversations, using stars for team follow-up, and describes automated flows—appointment reminders, ringless messages, and a missed-call text-back—to recover missed leads. The speaker emphasizes speed of response, citing that 78% of people will buy from the first responder, and frames these features as ways to avoid losing customers.

Now, this is just the Conversations tab. This is mainly where you're going to want to focus. You can filter this by recent conversations by starred conversations. If you're working with your team, you can actually star the ones that you, you know, you want to work and then unread. I would just start in the unread conversations and just scroll down here and find people that have responded that we can still talk to. Here's another example right here. Somebody came through, they booked the appointment through the ad says, what's up there? We remind them about their appointment. We give them all the reminders. We send them the automated ringless message and she calls in for her appointment to confirm we missed the. She calls a little bit later and we do a missed call text back. So if somebody calls into our number, we're going to automatically text them and say, hey, this is your dealership. I saw that we missed your call. How can we help? Because we want to get them contacting us. 78% of people will buy with the first person that responds to them. So if they call and you don't answer, they're going to call somebody else if we don't get a hold of them. So we try to help you guys miss losing customers by in the missed call text back.
