Transcript of a YouTube video featuring Nate Tilley (speaker A) and dealer Dana Coleman describing an advertising program that scaled a small dealership from roughly six cars sold per month to six cars per week. The program used targeted creative ads with daily spend (~$50–$65) over the first five weeks and produced hundreds of leads, dozens of appointments, and double-digit vehicle sales with low cost-per-sale.

This guy's name is Dana Coleman, and He had about 30 to 50 cars on the lot, and he was only selling about six cars a month. And we took him from six cars a month to six cars a week. And the first five weeks he got started, he launched the program. We started spending about 50 to $65 a day on his ads. Okay. He generated 324 leads, 165 credit apps, 57 appointments, 32 showed he sold 12 vehicles. Well, his gross profit on that was 42. 6. We'd only spend 1800 on ad spend. So this is what, like, small dealership saw. And we still work with this guy to this day. But cost per car sold of 153. We really like to look at this cost per car sold number, because as long as this is far less than however much you make per copy. And I'll let you hear what he's got to say, too. He's. He recorded a nice video for us, and. And I like to play it for people like you that ask, because this guy literally is a lot like you.
The difference between your ads and the stuff that you do, I mean, I can't tell you how many people come in that got a screenshot of my ad. I saw your ad. You know, I mean, it's been lot better. Now, I didn't spend as much money with them on ads, but their ads were very generic and very simply put together. They were not creative. They didn't have people doing what you have your people doing, like salmon trying to find new ways to get the word out there. So it's been a lot better. I mean, it wasn't long for me to realize that this was worth it compared to the other.
