Go High Level Platform Walkthrough

Hey, how's it going? I'm Nate with Shift Social here in Spearfish, South Dakota and I'm gonna today show you a really, really cool platform that has completely revolutionized my business. And I know that it's helped out and any other business owner that I've showed it to as well. So this platform right here, this is a customizable CRM that also does automatic follow ups, your own integrated calendar, booking, review management, all your conversations in one place. And, and there's just so many features. So without trying to go into all the features, let me just show you what it looks like. So each business has their own custom account and in that account there's going to be pre built out templates for you, marketing templates, funnels, everything you need in your business when it comes to online marketing. So when you first come on here, it's the dashboard. In the dashboard it's gonna have all your opportunities in your pipeline. So this is great for sales like real estate, car dealerships, chiropractors, gyms, all those are really great for in here and you'll see why soon. So in my funnel you can make as many different funnels as you want. So if you're like a car dealership, you can have a funnel for, you know, somebody that inquired on a car. It has your tasks in here that you can assign to your users that are in your account. Okay, you've got your, where are your leads coming from? Your Facebook ads analytics, your Google Ads analytics, and your Google My Business analytics. It also has your reviews, talking about how many reviews you have, how many invites you sent. Because it does have a review invite tool in there. Let me tell you about that real quick. So whenever you get a new client and you sell them something, do you have a process in place that automatically follows up with them or that in a click of a button you can follow up and get them to act and ask them for a review. Most people don't. So with this, you know you would just all you do is you click check in client, you type their name, type their email or phone and then it's going to send them an invite to review that looks like this. So if it's the text here, we'll go to the email. If it's the email, it's just thank you for your business. Would you be so kind to recommend us? It has a button, this is all customizable, you can customize it however you want. And then you review them to either your Google review link or your Facebook review link. So great Way to get reviews. 9 times out of 10 when you send this to a customer that just had a good experience with you, hopefully had a good experience with you, then more, more often than not they're going to be willing to review your business. And so that is a way to gain reviews. A lot of people look at reviews before going anywhere, so that's huge. Alright, so you have all your conversations in one place. So Facebook, email, sms, everything all in this platform and you can see it all in one place. So you don't have to bog down your personal phone with all those messages and emails and everything. This is all done in this app and there's a mobile app where you can actually reply and do everything on the go. So something really cool about this is in your conversation, say somebody hits you up on Facebook to say, hey I'm interested, give me some details. Then we can create an opportunity out of them and we can put them into the pipeline. You know where they're at in the pipeline, how much money is dealt with, where did they see the ad and then that's going to put them into our pipeline. So here we can keep everything organized to where they're at in the buyers journey and you can have as many as you want. So if I'm doing my daily follow ups, I'm going to go to my pipeline and I'm just going to click on whoever I need to follow up, check tasks with them. Any notes we could leave. You can add in appointments in here? Oh yeah, this platform has a fully integrated calendar booking feature and you get your own booking link that you can send people and they can book with you. So it's pretty cool. So you know, if, say that this lead gets sold and I put them over to one if they lose abandoned or I can just keep them here as I go through. So let's just keep moving along on this campaigns. So this is really, really awesome. So say back to the analogy or back to the example where we're in the conversation. Say that this person says hey I'm interested in da da da offer that you're running, whatever offer you're running. So then you can go here and you can add them to a campaign for the offer that they just are interested in. So you can add them to this campaign that's gonna automatically, you know, follow up with them and you can set all that in here. So basically you can set emails, texts, ringless voicemails, Facebook messengers, web hooks and calls, a couple other different features. So it's automated. Right. When a lead comes in. Anybody who's in sales knows that right when a lead comes in, there's a five minute window and that's the best time to follow up. This automates that for you. So you can automatically send them a text, automatically send them an email with more info and, and then it's going to automatically it's going to call you and tell you, you know, you need to call them right now, three minutes after. So this is huge. And if you have staff that's selling for you, then the staff is then able to, you're able to listen to their conversations, make sure that they're doing what they're supposed to do. And it's really huge. You can build forms in here that you can integrate into your website surveys, build out templates for really quick following up or cold outreach or whatever you do. And there's so many different templates for different industries. So you know, if you're a chiropractor, there's a template for that that's going to automatically load in campaigns that are useful in your industry. Same for real estate, same for gyms, same for car dealerships. So it's pretty cool. Calendar, fully integrated calendar with appointment booking. You can book straight in here. You can send them appointment reminders and all those things right through here as well. Reviews, I don't have any reviews yet. Can send review invites. Just manage that. All your contacts in one place. You can import all your contacts from HubSpot or any other CRM you've used or customer file funnels. Now this is where it gets really cool. So these accounts come pre built with different funnels that you can use for your business and they're gonna be pre built out and then you just edit them to your brand, to your pictures and then you put a domain name in and then all of a sudden you have your own little one page landing page. And if anybody knows like click funnels, they charge $300 a month or $99 a month depending on your service. Just for this one service. And this platform has all that and more for under $100 a month. That's. This is how you integrate with other platforms. Online listings. This is something an upsell that you can buy in the platform that will manage your online listings, call stats, any, any different calls. You can see all that features here and yeah, so. Oh, and then one other really cool feature I wanted to show. Calendars. Everybody gets their own booking link like this. So when a client wants to book a time with you, you can just send them the link and they can book with you and it's going to go automatically into your appointments. So it's definitely got everything you need to run successful marketing campaigns, to brand your business and to really have an organized structure of exactly what you are looking at and what you need to do. So this platform has been a game changer for us. Being able to automate our follow ups, being able to build funnels, being able to really just have a lot more versatility in the business.
