This short YouTube clip (Nate Tilley) gives practical tactics for building sales from scratch: research the market to identify emotional "bullseye" triggers (pains, fears, hopes, dreams); craft a risk-removing, high-value "go godfather" offer; and use low-cost scalable outreach (cold email, personalized Loom videos) to get calls and close clients.

I've been in the situation where I had to start from scratch a few times. You know, I wouldn't probably cold call. I think there's more effective ways. I would really suss out my marketplace online and I would have a look at what their pains, fears, hopes and dreams are. I do my own halo strategy. I would find out what is the bullseye of the market that really gets people to buy emotionally, irrationally and in huge, huge quantities. And then I would make the strongest go godfather offer that I possibly could that removes any and all risk and I would find a scalable way to reach out to those people with no money. So I would do cold emailing. I would shoot loom videos where I send people one to one messages and then I would start making lots and lots and lots and lots of offers to people to then get them on the telephone and to convert them into a client and solve their problem.
