I felt like they were rejecting me at first and then started thickening up my skin and finding out that they just weren't interested enough in the product. And it happens. And that's when we start to talk about peeling back the layers. If someone's giving you an objection or somebody's saying like, hey, I'm not interested, they see, they don't understand the product, they don't understand the service, or they don't understand themselves or you. And that's one of the major reasons why we talk about making sure you put yourself as an authority. You position yourself as someone who's an expert, make sure you have enough exposure out there. If Grant Cardone came up to you and was just like, hey, I can help 10x your business, you're probably going to believe him, even without knowing his service, even though without knowing the process, you more than likely will believe him because he has a level of position of power, authority, and credibility. So that's why it's very important when you do decide to reach out to people, you can position yourself in that way. And I'm not saying you need the level of authority that Grant Cardinal has, but you need to have some surface level of information that's out there to where it's like, okay, if these people did research you, it makes sense.
